If it wasn’t so difficult to order online here, I definitely would eat here more often. I’ve gotten food several times and enjoyed it quite a bit.

However, recently at least 5 times now I have tried to order online between 5-8pm for pick up and told the soonest pick up time is the next day. Everywhere shows that this location shouldn’t be closed until 9. I don’t care to come in to place an order either because on all my other previous pick ups, I have never see a 1 staff member. One time my food was kept behind the register and I called out for someone to help, looked around and waited 15 minutes before I went behind to just grab my food.

This was my first time at Sessions. I was was walking by it to go to another store, and on the way back I decided to stop in and order a quick sandwich to go.The one server was very quick to acknowledge me and help me with my menu questions. Then it all went sour from there. They didn't prepare my sandwich as ordered, the pickles were inside the sandwich instead of the side as ordered which ruined the taste. Sandwich was not cut in half (as told by the server) so I couldn't eat it in the car as I had explained. They used the ends of the loaf instead of the middle making the bread super crispy and rough on the roof of my mouth. I spent $14.50 for just a sandwich; no chips, no side dish, nothing. The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant, and the service people were very attentive and kind. I will just not be returning nor recommending this place as it is not...

Went yest night for dinner. Ordered half sandwich and soup combo. She charges $26! I asked her again, I just ordered half sandwich and soup combo. She said yes. I looked at her confused and said but the menu says $17. She looked at me blankly that she did what I asked her to. I go home and check the bag she gave me another soup and charged $8 for it. Even after double and triple checking she doesn't get what needs to be done and charged unnecessarily.

The soup wasn't that great, and portion size was really small for a $8! Something I didn't want in the first place.
