I hate to leave negative reviews as the food was ok, but the server’s apparent animosity towards me was so jarring and out of nowhere I had to leave a negative review. Apparently it was ‘rude’ of me when I asked for a food item thme off mid sentence and directed me to look at the food display and see it was not available. I understand that maybe I should have done more than a quick glance to check if the sandwich I wanted was available, but her snappy attitude just felt out of nowhere as I wasn’t trying to be demanding. I had gone previously with my mom, and this same server was just as impatient then as she was now. At first I figured she was just stressed from the day, but in this recent situation we appeared to be the first order she took. I’m sure working a customer service job is frustrating, but it really pays to show people respect. If I had been a complete jerk I would’ve understood her impatience, but I wasn’t consciously doing anything to be a nuisance.
