Longboards Wraps & Bowls — Restaurant in Mission

Update: Longboards rocks!! We have visited many times since my first post and I now give it (instead of Four) an enthusiastic 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! The people are so chill and great and the food is reliably delicious. We’ve found our faves now, which are mostly the grilled wraps. Cabo and Five Alarm are probably the best, Kung Pao is a good choice too since the peanut sauce is sooo tasty! Curbside is such a helpful service right now. Thank you and keep up the incredible work! Love having you in the neighborhood!! 💓

Yesterday was my first visit to Longboards. Although it wasn’t perfect, I will be back! I was surprised by all of the options, and quickly found several I’d like to try. My bf had the Baja Club wrap and I had the Thai Boxer Bowl w/ veggies. We ordered to go and were on our way out when they realized we didn’t have the spring roll in our bag. I’m so glad they caught us because it was delicious! The peanut dipping sauce for it was my favorite thing!! The food was good, ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, service was super fast and the cashier was very laid back and friendly. The interior is funky, unique and cool. I’m not sure either of us would order the same again, but there are SO many other options. I would recommend it, just make sure your order is complete! I love Longboards wraps but I will not be back to this location after todays disrespect. I placed an online order. When I walked in I walked up to the pickup area and was greeted by a nice woman and I told her I had an online order. She asked my name and I told her. She then said it wasn't ready and would be another 5-10 minutes. No problem. 20 minutes go by and people are coming in ordering and getting their orders and they still haven't called me. I go up to the guy at the pickup area now and ask about my order and he picks it up off the rack. It was sitting there for 15 minutes without telling me. When I brought that up the guy got all mad at me and said I never told him I had an online order. I told him I did not because when I walked in he wasn't there and the woman acknowledged me and figured it was taken care of. He then continued to argue with me about it being my fault because I talked to the wrong person. I wasn't even asking for a discount or replacement, just letting them know to call out the names like they have...

When you order a Cabo Tofu and they give you a Cabo Chicken... I had a couple bites before I noticed and returned it. It was disappointed because this is the first time having meat/chicken in years as a vegetarian. Luckily, I don't have an allergy and I began eating it inside so I could return it.

By the time I left with the remade wrap... all I got was a "sorry about that"... and now I've wasted about 30 minutes of my life between waiting and writing this review on here and sharing my experience on Facebook.

Usually, I'm happy with most Longboards experiences... This one just let me down - and - I am thinking twice before going back unless I see a reasonable response on this review.
