Last night I put in an order for 3 matcha frappes, and it seemed as if it wasn't mixed well. There was a thick layer of brown sugar that accumulated at the bottom. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until well into my hour drive home. I contacted the store as soon as I could and they said they could remake the drink the next day. And all this is totally fine. Mistakes happen. I went back today. I told them the issue, they took my order and at the window the manager, Italia (I'm not sure how to spell her name) was hesitant to give me the drinks. I am by no means a confrontational person but she really made my blood boil. She was VERY argumentative and rude. Not to mention she constantly rolled her eyes and made faces while I tried explaining the situation to her. She ACTUALLY was blaming me for this issue. Not only was she escalating the conversation into an argument it seemed as if she was with holding my drinks until she was done arguing. It almost seemed like she WANTED to argue. It is VERY disappointing to have such a rude experience with this disgusting manager....

We ordered a caramel frappé, mocha frappé, and a pumpkin muffin, only to find out after ordering that none of the pumpkin items were available. Slightly disappointed, we switched to a lemon cake.
