After one of my favorite nearby sushi/hibachi restaurant got new owners the quality of the sushi dramatically decreased along with the service. After 3 visits, I gave up on them. Then we found Hibiki! The sushi is AMAZING, rice is cooked to perfection and just the right amount tension where you can easily hold the roll without it falling apart. Service is superb, even when they're swamped the time frame is more than reasonable, and good size portions. After 3 visits at hikibi I'll never go anywhere else for my sushi fix.
