Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mississippi

I ordered a pizza for me and a few friends on Sunday so we could watch the super bowl. I insisted that we go with Pizza Hut instead of Soul Shine because of the price difference but I made a horrible mistake. The pizza arrived on time and the delivery guy was friendly but the pizza was mediocre at best. When trying to tear off a piece of the pizza, it literally just ripped in half so I had to use our pizza cutter to cut it (I shouldn't have to cut the pizza myself) and the toppings just fell off along with all of the cheese. I think the dough was so brittle due to the amount of grease on the pizza (literally dripping off of the pizza). As you were trying to lift the pizza to your mouth, it wilted over to the point that you needed two hands to eat it. I wish I had taken a picture to show exactly how bad this pizza was. I ate little caesars the next day and it is a true shame that a $5 pizza can taste so much better than a $12 piece of pie. I would return in the future because I really do love Pizza Hut and I believe companies deserve a second chance but if I have this same experience again, I will not return to...

I usually never have a bad experience at this Pizza Hut but tonight was a different story. There was an african American young lady who took over five minutes to realize we were even standing at the front waiting for service. I had placed my order online for pickup so it would be fresh upon arrival. I arrived exactly when it said my food would be ready (which I have done plenty of times in the past and it was ready exactly then) she went to the back I guess to check the order and when she went back there I heard her yell “oh s*” as if she wasn’t on top of things. Mind you the store is empty and it’s only me and one other person waiting in our orders. When she finally gave me my pizza the box was not hot and after further inspection I could tell my pizza had been sitting out. Be try disappointed with this...

Normally, I have no problems when I order from the Hut. But, on this particular occasion, I ordered a Meat Lover's with no Italian sausage, add extra pork in its place. They gave me Italian sausage with no pork at all. I didn't notice when I checked before I left because I was distracted with people that had arrived behind me getting served ahead of me, which was bogus to say the least. Once I had called attention to this, there was no real explanation, only a half-hearted apology. Once I arrived home, I began eating, as I was very hungry, only to notice it the lack of pork then. I was too tired and hungry at that point to take it back and get another. Since I have had many more positive experiences with this establishment than negative, that keeps from giving it less...
