2 stars only because the waitress was doing all she could. Bartender/waiter was not professional. Large group, called wayyyy ahead to let them know we would be there (like days). Ordered Ahi salad and my ahi was fully cooked and look like canned tuna and was cold... after being the LAST plate served. Waitress was able to bring me some fresh, barely warm Ahi that was at least moist and pink. Husband's chicken breast was way over priced and mediocre. Very disappointing meal. Pic shows the first Ahi compared to the 2nd.

For the past few years, whenever I want to celebrate someone or something I choose the Blue Canyon. Its solid and consistent. I recommend the steaks because they're cooked for me, a perfect, medium rare. The accompaniments are fully flavored and for some reason I just love them as much as the steak! Thus dessert was cute and delicious. Cookies and hot chocolate on another level ♡

The food is good. But i think its a little pricy for the portion size you get. The specitally drinks are pretty spendy as in most bars/restaurants, its coll they come to your table and shake the martini there. But they only fill the martini glass about half way so that kinda sucked. I would recommend the prime rib flat bread!

Was in tonight 11/15/21. Hotel had suggested we eat at this restaurant. Well walking in right when they opened, looked like we were the second table to be seated. We loved the atmosphere immediately. This place feels very welcoming with the decor. The person who seated us was also our waitress. She was very attentive, answered questions on menu items, we were very impressed with her. Well, I felt really bad for her once the starters and food arrived at our table. It was obvious that this chef has "NO CLUE" what he is doing. You can tell in the waitress eyes that she was clearly disappointed in everything he sent out. She never said a word about the chef but in turn kept it professional and ask if we enjoyed our meal. We had already decided it wasn't the waitress fault so we said everything was fine and decided not to tell her how bad this meal was. The meal: The appetizer barley had any dip in the bowl, It had some small bread and crackers Not Great! The filet and vegetables were the worst, lucky we split it because I always order more than I can eat. The filet was tiny, put on top of mashed potatoes, with vegetables that had thin hard carrots, soggy barely there broccoli. Even though we split steak wasn't 4oz split between us. Didn't even touch the vegetables, they were so bad. As we were waiting on main meal it was obvious this cook looked really rugged and like he had no idea what he was doing. I felt so bad for waitress as she had to put on a front to try and cover cook and his bad cooking skills. We paid our bill never complained and tipped her 20%. This restaurant is very lucky to have this waitress, not so lucky with cook. Just a suggestion, have your cooks come to work dressed decent and shaved. He looked like he had just walked in from a night at the bars. DO not place your cook for the public to see how he looks and what he is doing. GIVE my waitress a HUGE raise or bonus as the world needs more people with her work ethic...

Disappointedly, we had the following unfortunate situation occur for our holiday staff party. We had made our reservation for our staff gathering in late November for December 16, then confirmed the reservation about a week before with no indication of a conflict with the reservation, only to learn upon arrival that are reservation was cancelled due to a private party. What was most disappointing besides having to relocate our holiday party, was that the manager, Raymond McClintock, told us while standing in the entryway, that he wanted "to make it right" and "compensate our dinner" because of his error or his establisment's error in not notifying us in a timely manner and that we had to get other arrangements. He then gave me his personal email to reschedule our dinner and "to make it right" as he implied that evening. I have emailed him twice, with ZERO response. If he had decided that he could no longer honor "make it right" than he should at least respond that way. Very disappointing and...

I'm disappointed in the service I had this time. I usually have excellent service in the dining area this was the first time I had sat in the bar area and the service was not great. I sat alone at my table for 15 minutes before I was even noticed once the waiter came over he didn't offer me anything he just asked if I was waiting for someone I told him yes and as he walked away I said " sir I'd still like to order some drinks please" he took my drink order. My friend showed five minutes later and he came back we put an order in for wings and another round of drinks. My friend and I sat for an hour and 20 minutes our waiter never came back us nor did we get our wings. Other people who showed up after us were served in a timely manner. I got up and left I asked for the bill to pay for my drinks and canceled the wings. I never recieved an apology for the wait or anything. The bar was NOT busy as it's not very big. I will not being doing service in the...
