On September 25th, 2020 late at night we got down with a job out in the woods and got payed with a big bills, banks are closed and we were so......hungry we just decided to get Panda on the way home. We pull up to place our order and the lady was very confusing over the intercom and was very rude. Then as we pulled up to the window and pay her with the big Bill that we got paid with and she rudely asked us if we had any smaller bills???(most restaurant and retail cant ask a customer this question and should have change for this) Obviously if I had smaller bills I probably would have just handed her a smaller build that this is all that we had. I've never seen this lady there before I don't know if she was a college student or what. But she was extremely rude to us the whole entire time and this is not the first time that I've had bad customer service at this Panda Express. I have not ever really been impressed with our Panda Express. I used to live near Coeur d'Alene and we'll go to Panda Express a lot so I was really excited that we were going to get one in Missoula. I will say ever since it's been open have I ever had a good experience that I would get over there. I rather drive all the way over to Coeur d'Alene just to have a great experience. The food and the customer service is always 10 times better in Coeur d'Alene and I don't know why. I'm pretty sure they're different owners because that's how most branches work, but I would expect that any company would want to give 100% customer service. I've heard other stories from other people saying they have had the best experience ever and I've heard that people have told me they've had the worst experience ever. I guess it's just the pic of the person who you get when you're there. I don't recommend going here for the best experience or food ever. I shouldn't even give them 1 star at all it really...

We waited in line for 15 minutes just to be able to order then once we ordered, our food sat in the same place for another 15 minutes. The person working the very front, Demi, was slow and made no effort to speed up the line, she sat there chomping on gum while our food was getting cold. There seemed to be no teamwork and no motivation. Once we FINALLY got our food, as expected, it was not warm at all and other customers also had several other issues with cold food, wrong orders, etc. The cream cheese rangoons we got were completely burnt and when we informed them all we got was a look of pure confusion and stupidity as if to ask "what do you want me to do about it?"; She (Demi) asked "do you want a refund?" We replied "no all we want is rangoons that aren't burnt". She was very rude and disrespectful. No apologies, no effort to make things right. Even when we got soda all of them were straight carbon. Also while we were sitting there eating one if the employees was cutting chicken and threw it back because it was undercooked. The tables were sticky and the place overall was dirty and no forks were available. Completely unorganized. We have normally had a pretty good experience with Panda Express, but this time was very disappointing and makes us not want to come back to Panda Express at all, and we will not be coming back...
Read moreWe have done online orders through Panda's app before with few problems, so tonight we decided to do a family order for dinner. We placed our order at 6:47 p.m., and I went to the restaurant to pick it up. At 7:11, I got a notification that the order was completed, but when I went to the counter, they didn't even have it. I stood there for a while before I asked about it again and was told they were waiting on power greens. After more waiting, I asked two more times and was told again that they were waiting on items. At the same time, I was watching them serve the items I was waiting on to customers who had just walked into the lobby. We finally got our order almost an hour later at 7:37. Unfortunately, we had an hour drive home, and when we finally got there, we realized the portions they gave us were nowhere near family size. We've ordered family dinners before, and there were always leftovers for our family of four. This time, we barely had enough for two people. While I was waiting, there were also a lot of Doordash and Grubhub drivers waiting a long time for their pickups. And I don't understand why, but they had both exterior doors open on a 43-degree day, so it was FREEZING in the restaurant.
It's obvious that Panda is not on its game for online orders. I'll never use the app again. And please go easy on your delivery drivers. They can't help it if they service at the restaurant...
