I recently visited the IHOP and it was a fantastic dining experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. This location truly captures the essence of what makes IHOP a beloved favorite for breakfast lovers.
From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a cozy ambiance that was perfect for a relaxing meal. We were seated quickly, and our server promptly greeted us with a warm smile.
The menu at IHOP is extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options for every palate. I decided to try their famous New York Cheesecake Pancakes, and they were absolutely delightful! The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly cooked, topped with a generous portion of sweet, creamy cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries. Every bite was a treat, and it was clear that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality.
My dining companions ordered a variety of dishes, from savory omelettes to classic breakfast combos, and everyone was thoroughly pleased with their meals. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. The coffee was hot and rich, a perfect complement to our breakfast feast.
What truly set this IHOP apart was the outstanding service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our dining experience special. She checked in on us regularly, refilled our drinks promptly, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The entire staff seemed to work seamlessly together, creating a warm and inviting environment.
In addition to the delicious food and excellent service, the prices were very reasonable. The value for the quality and quantity of food we received was exceptional, making it a great choice for both individuals and families.
Overall, the IHOP is a standout dining destination. The combination of delicious food, friendly and attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for breakfast, brunch, or any meal. I highly recommend it and will definitely be...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I went there with our 1 year old daughter for breakfast. It was a Monday so it wasn't very busy and we ordered and carried on for a bit. Two different groups of people were seated probably 20 minutes after we had been sitting. We kept waiting and waiting, watching the two tables before us receive their food. My daughter was hungry and acting up so my boyfriend took her outside for a few minutes when they came back in our food still hadn't arrived. So finally the waitress brings out my daughter's food order saying sorry it was taking so long but she figured we'd at least like her food now, which was cold. After almost an hour and a half of waiting my boyfriend tells me he's just going to wait in the car with my daughter and when the food comes tell them to box it up and we'll just pay and leave. He's in the car for about 15 minutes when our food comes literally an hour and a half later. My boyfriend's food was the right order but the waitress puts something entirely different than what I ordered in front of me.. I ordered a french toast combo with hashbrowns and eggs and when I tell her this she insists that I didn't and I ordered what me put in front of me which was a Monte Cristo something that I know for a fact I did not order. I can't believe she tried to insist I order that like she just wanted me to accept it because it was better than nothing! At this point I don't even want the food after being there for almost two hours and watching people that came in after us get their food so I tell her this which she accepts and I leave. Not sure what was going on but there is some sort of lack of communication between the kitchen and wait staff. Horrible horrible service and I don't think I'll bother going back. So we left with out being fed, wasted two hours and overall just a terrible experience that I thought others...
Read moreThe pancakes are sooo good. We went to IHOP for banana pancakes for dinner. If the idea of hot bananas in pancakes doesn’t sound appealing, we are in agreement…then one day we tried them. Wow. I’m not even a big banana fan, and I love them.
Their omelets are delicious, too. Regardless of the time of day we go to an IHOP, we order their breakfast food. It is reliably delicious and fresh regardless of the location.
We had the pleasure of having Paris for our server. She is professional and friendly, gets drinks first, pre-buses the tables, and is quick to get anything extra you might need.
The one issue I have with all IHOP’s - they’ve raised the price on their sodas to almost $5 and shortened their glasses. It’s not worth it to get a soda unless you plan to send your server for multiple refills. Poor servers spend time racing around for refills when they could be doing side work.
This IHOP had filthy restrooms. The trash was overflowing, sinks had soap scum that had built up over days, and the toilets weren’t clean enough to sit on. There were little scraps of paper on the floors, in all stalls, visible accidents, and signs that a rather sick person had frequented their restrooms without cleaning up after themselves. It looked like they didn’t have anyone assigned to check on the restrooms in quite a long time. This is the first time I’ve gone in an IHOP restroom in Missoula, so I don’t know what it’s normally like.
I took pictures of a glass with diet soda in it from different angles next to a knife and their condiment basket so you can see how small their drinks are for the price. You can get a soda to go when you leave. The to go cups are a much better size, but the straws are too short for the to go cups. The straws are less than an inch taller than...
