Average. Guy taking my order was doing the typical multitasking of taking an order while taking my money. This is a major pet peve of mine since it takes customer service out of the picture and prevents them from conversing with you or the person ordering. I had asked him a question and he then had to apologize to the person ordering making them repeat themselves. This is not a good way to run a business. I asked for a 1 dollar large soda. He asked what type. I asked if he had lemonade. He said yes. I paid and then he told me I had to get my receipt from the next window which was odd. I pulled forward and was handed a 20 oz lemonade. I told her I had asked for a large to which she replied that it was a large. She then explained that this lemonade was 4 dollars and not 1 dollar. I told her this is not what I ordered. She was polite and apologetic and immediately refunded me 4 dollars and had me keep the lemonade. Kudos to her for doing the right thing and for being empowered by management to take care of the customer. As I am passing through the area on travels I am not likely to return. Had she not refunded the money or tried to argue it I would have rated it 1 or two stars but 3 stars for fixing the problem...
Read moreI'm sorry, I don't like making bad reviews but. Oh my!! Service was so slow. Although The young lady at the cashier register that was helping me was super kind and helpful. That was the only good thing about this place. 1st. I paid with a large bill so she had to call the assistant manager "Dave" over to verify the bill. He looked annoyed when she said his name, he walked over slowly grabbed the bill held it up rolled his eyes handed back to her and sighed. I made a comment about him having a rough day to lighten the mood a little, SHE smiled, he just turned and stomped off. Wow! 2nd. It took almost 25 min to get our food. We did have a somewhat larger order considering we have 5 kids. 3rd. When we got our order we were missing 2 drinks and a happy meal out of our order. 4th. I went up to ask the nice cashier if we could get the rest of our order, she was super nice but then had to call "Dave" over, uggg. He was super irritated and slammed a few things in a happy meal box and handed me 2 cups. Didn't say a word. And the only reason I remembered his name was because all day that day if my kids got into a bad mood or was crabby, I called them "Dave". THE OTHER EMPLOYEE ASKED WHAT HE STATED "WHO DOES THAT" THE EMPLOYEE ASKED WHAT HE SAID "WHO ORDERS 8 SLICES OF BACON" I THEN WENT OVER AND SAID OH MAYBE ITS A FOOD ALLERGY HE SAID "WELL MAYBE" WHILE WAITING FOR MY FOOD MY HUSBAND WALKED IN BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THE BACON. ONCE MY FOOD WAS HANDED TO ME I ASKED HIM FOR HIS NAME AND SAID "THAT WAS MY SON YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT IN THE DROVE THROUGH, AND YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SAY AROUND OTHER CUSTOMERS" HE THEN STATED " I WAS JUST SAYING" AND I SAID YOU ARE A MANAGER AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE TALKING ABOUT ORDERS.
