Edit for 2nd experience: Don't waste your gas if they dont answer. They tend to close HOURS earlier than the established weekend closing time. Recently, I tried to order from their restaurant on a Friday around 5pm. I called a couple times over half an hour and they didn't answer. I guessed that they were busy, so I decided to drive there to order in person. There was no notice on the door / windows stating they would be closing early that day and it was not a holiday. Apparently, they decided to close 3 hours earlier. Closing 15-30 minutes earlier due to it being slow is understandable, but 3 hours earlier on a weekend is showing that you don't value your customers.

My 1st experience: The prices are high for the portions given, but the food was fresh and tasted great. If you order any tofu dishes, expect there to be more filler vegetables than tofu. Also, they were somehow out of crab ragoons two and a half hours into being open?? I have never been to a American-Chinese food joint that has run out of crab...

I've been looking forward to eating at this place for a while. I live in Seeley Lake and I don't get to experience much authentic Thai Chinese food. I'm from Washington State originally but I have traveled quite a bit and I do know what authentic Thai cuisine is supposed to taste like. Don't go here if you want that. I am so disappointed in this place. Food is bland AF. I ordered chow mein, vegetable potstickers, garlic chicken, and pineapple fried rice. There is no pineapple in the fried rice at all it was pretty much yellow curry rice. Pot stickers were put in a paper to go bag sauce is great but it's overall not that wonderful. Chow mein was probably the worst I've ever had. I like the amount of vegetables that they have in their dishes, but it desperately needs more seasoning spices sauce whatever. The garlic chicken was under the same category as all the pad thai so I assumed it came with noodles, don't assume. I ate it cuz I was hungry and I spent $56 on everything. 100% would never...

I was really looking forward to eating at this restaurant. When I got home I realized that their was no rice included with my takeout. I had ordered three different dishes for a total of over $50.00 and there was no rice included. I called the restaurant and was informed that I should have received two containers of rice. When I informed them that I received no rice they offered to give me a $2 dollar refund. They offered no other solution other than the refund.

I asked for a manager and I was told that there was no manager on shift. The woman then rudely started to question the timeline of my story. They told me that the owner had already been consulted and that they had decided that I would not be refunded for my order. All I wanted was recognition that my order had been messed up and that they would take care to remedy the situation in the future. They offered no solution and were very content to lose my business. I will never order from this...

I don't know what happened but it's not the Pagoda it used to be.. they don't even use the traditional barbecue pork they used with tasted like chicken or beef maybe... It was missing half the normal ingredients so it was about two pieces of that random meat some green onions for I appeal and a boatload of barely cooked rice. Me and my daughters used to go to this place frequently since she was born and it was the most discouraging disappointing experience especially due to the fact it's the only or was the only place that actually made barbecue pork fried rice any good. I miss the old staff and the old Pagoda and the old atmosphere and ambiance and community that Pagoda had with all the customers such as myself that were community regulars. I'm hoping this is just a mistake and they rectify it because I will try one more time but I literally had to throw away one of the meals due to how terrible it affected me and everybody in my household.

It looked new or newly remodeled so I took photos to share. It looks nice in there, though cramped, and the service was good. I LOVED the nice clean glass carafe and glasses they provided. Plastic is so bad for us and leaches into food and drink (BPA free or not!) The food was fresh and hot! They are not a Chinese place, but they serve Chinese food. Unfortunately, the Chinese food wasn't the best. It seriously lacked flavor and the soups didn't taste right at all, especially the hot & sour. It was neither hot nor sour, even though it LOOKED like it should look. The egg drop soup was too thick and had too much chicken flavor. Our meals were all Chinese and were fresh but lacking something in flavor, was it msg? I don't know. I won't dock them since it isn't their specialty. The crab rangoons were really great, though! If we ever stop again, I'll try the food they do specialize in, Thai.

Ordered pick up a few different times and visited the establishment a couple of times. I asked for no yellow onions and they try to tell me when they brought my food out that had yellow onions in it that what I saw was cabbage I said you can't be for real right now I cooked for 30 years and I made it from fast food all the way to Chef and you're telling me I don't know what a yellow onion is! Anytime there's a modification at all they mess up the order I don't know if they do this on purpose cuz they just don't want to deal with orders that are not what they created on the menu or that they're just don't care. I will not be spending my money at this establishment ever again for any reason. I could go on about the other times, but I feel like it's just beating a dead horse. Unfortunately, this place doesn't care.
