While in Missoula on vacation, I had a Santosha massage and an Ayurvedic facial with Reyna. I am an acupuncturist and a former massage therapist myself, so I'm very picky when it comes to bodywork. That said, if I lived in Missoula, I'd become a regular at Dharma Wellness Spa. The space is welcoming and serene. Reyna was great about listening to what I was looking for and delivering just what was needed. My session included customized aromatherapy, a weighted heat pack to loosen up my back while she started on my legs, and a deeply relaxing full body massage. Next came the most soothing facial I've ever received. Reyna's technique was wonderful and I loved the array of products she used, which were customized to my skin's needs and all carried amazing fragrances of real plants (not artificial scents). I left feeling like a noodle - stress dissolved, muscles loosened, skin soft, rehydrated, and glowing. What an extraordinary experience! I felt like it was my birthday all day! After finding the salon, it’s in an alley off of an alley but once you walk in, it is so quaint. Even though I am a Christian, I can appreciate the beauty of another culture and I was treated with such kindness and honestly, I felt that my experience with Reyna was so relaxing and indulgent. The Glow & Radiant facial is awesome! She is extremely professional and obviously has a treatment plan according to my specific needs of my skin. I went in feeling very tired and dehydrated. Wonderful! I received the 90min Santosha (Contentment) from Valentina and couldn't be happier. I work two jobs and have a lot of persistent deep muscle issues. She listened very well and addressed my specific problem areas and was attentive to my pressure and overall comfort levels. After the session she went over some other treatments that would be beneficial for my specific needs and I never felt like I was trying to be up-sold.
