I had a wonderful experience here. I’m in Missoula to help my uncle who’s in ICU at Saint Patrick’s hospital. I asked Google for restaurants open near me and every single one I went to was closed even though Google said they were open. I came here for a good meal that wasn’t fast food or burgers or pizza, which I’ve been living on Near the hospital. I came in and a wonderful gentleman ,( I didn’t get his name unfortunately )even though the kitchen was closed made me a salad with chicken I think it’s called a Santa Fe salad. I am very very grateful and I appreciate his service, his kindness, and him accommodating some thing instead of nothing . No other restaurant offered that to me. I then went into the casino to get a glass of wine, and Joe helped me while I was waiting for my food to go, and was so hospitable and kind and generous. I really appreciate his care and kindness. I did kind of drill him about a bunch of stuff, and he was more than happy to answer all my questions . I really appreciate that. You know when you have staff the way that Paradise Falls does ,you really get people to come back for the care that concern , respect and the hospitality. It’s really hard to find that nowadays and I just can’t thank them enough !! Attention to the owners, if you read this Man you should give them a raise or something. I did over tip but they deserved it. Like I said, I’m very very grateful, the food was good the wine was good. The conversation was good. Everything was just absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about this place. I’m from Missoula and , back in my day it was like this, but it has changed with certain places, certain restaurants, certain environments, I’m glad that Paradise Falls has locals and natives that really do care. They are honest and caring and considerate and kind. I’m very thankful and very thank you very much . A” born and raised Missoula woman “. Thank you! Both of the gentleman that helped me went out of their way to accommodate me, thank you thank you...
Read moreI have worked under Jordanne for over 6 years. Being a struggling single mom without a job and no help or income, she gave me the chance to become the mother I am today. She covered shifts for me when I had late night dental school along with working full-time during the day. Jordanne schedules around my son's daycare as well as my College schedule. I am truly blessed to have a boss who would literally give the shirt off her back for you. She covers weekend shifts and is always there to help or lend an ear to listen. She has made more sacrifices to benefit our restaurant and for that I truly respect and love working under Jordanne.
Let me ask you this- When you don't call, request off, or put it any effort and just blow off a shift, as a boss what would you do? When you request off 2 of 4 shifts every week instead of working, what would you do? When you have an employee on overtime covering for her every time, what would you do?
Being an adult comes with responsibility. So to anyone bashing or judging- 6 years of loyalty to myself and fellow coworkers is proof that if you're going to judge make sure to read between the lines on loyalty and lazy. Everyone has hardships. Its how you handle them that makes...
Read moreWe showed up sat down and didn’t get service for 20 minutes and by the time she came back to take our order it was 11:08 am and they wouldn’t let us order breakfast. The main reason we were there. We tried to plead with the manager and he questioned weather we had really been there 20 minutes instead which I’m sure they have cameras to check but at that point I knew it was pointless to even ask further. He said they just cleaned the kitchen and don’t have any more breakfast stuff which was interesting because the table next to us had ordered and we were given breakfast menu’s. Honestly I think the manger could have gone back and told the cooks the mistake they made and gotten us the breakfast we came 30 miles to get. Google search also told me they serve breakfast all day or I would have also tried to be there or rushed getting our order in but since we had breakfast menus I didn’t think there was an issue. I’ve been there many times this was a big disappointment for me and my family. Most restaurants would have honored when you came in and sat down. Also I’m not blaming the waitress she was definitely over worked with tons of tables and what looked like just her and one other worker...
