Excellent healthy food in clean environment. Customer service usually good but occasionally extremely poor. Not a regular customer but twice when attempting to call in a single order was informed by employee on phone that they couldnt fill order for 2 hrs as had line of customers out the door. The second time I was in the parking lot and could see that was clearly not correct as no customers were even present! Walked in and spoke w/manager who profusely apologized for the employee and offered a free meal coupon. Another time for pickup order I asked for vinegar to be put directly on dish as putting in cup often spills during transport in bag. Employee said they could only send it in a cup but would secure the lid. When I rec'd order the small cup of vinegar was wrapped heavily in duct tape. Was unable to unwrap the tape without ruining the thin tiny cup and spilling contents. Felt like I was pranked! Got the feeling certain employees at this location have quite the ego's and attitudes. Never had any issues at...
Read moreNot bad. Driving through Missoula on the way home from vacation and wanted to eat somewhere we couldn't get at home. Fast food Brazilian? Okay! First off, not very wheelchair friendly. That's always frustrating. Also had to sit at a table with bolted down wooden stools--very hard on big butts! All 4 regular chairs were occupied. Food was definitely fast and staff was nice. I had rice with pork, sweet potatoes, both the mango and coconut sauces(as suggested by another Yelp post), lime, cilantro and farofa. It was pretty good. I would have liked it saucier. My daughter had rice, beef, black beans, mango sauce, cilantro and lime. It was kind of boring. I went back and got her some farofa which helped add some salt and seasoning. I think a little chimichurri would have done wonders, but she didn't want the heat. She loved the cheese bread and ate 5. I wouldn't bring anyone picky here (ie: not your average toddler) if only because they have gourmet soda on tap so your rootbeer or cola tastes NOTHING like what you're...
Read moreWeird place. Looks and feels like your average fast casual joint with modern decor (think chipotle or pita pit) but the food is anything but typical. The bowl options allow for a significant amount of customization, I tried a few different ways, can't say what I really thought about specific ingredients or combos, but the two or three times I went here it was really good. I don't think you can go wrong with the options they have, it would be cool if they had a couple premade suggestions for a first timer though. I was told to just order the half dozen of the pao and I am happy I heeded that advice. They have these little rolls that are filled with cheese called Pao De Quiejo, and while they aren't quite what you would think of regarding a "little cheese bun" they are amazing. You get one with your bowl but can upgrade to more, and although I don't know you, i think you want to. I say go here if you...
