Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Missoula

I bought a $50 gift card from Pizza Hut on brooks st Missoula, MT as I was trying to help 3 sisters get together for the first time on there own since being separated since the age of 10 (over 10 years at). These 3 girls tried to go to Pizza Hut on Brooks but the lobby was closed and they were not allowed to go in and eat despite it advertises everywhere that u can eat in there lobby. The girls got upset went home and called it off. I tried to talk to the manager Seth about a refund for this card as they don’t have a dine in feature as the others sites in Missoula do not either. He said no. Seth said his regional manager would call me on two different occasions but this never happened. So we waited for the weather to get warmer and I am helping these 3 girls to try to get together. I called to place the order with the person who answered the phone. He must have thought my order was complicated as in the middle of placing my prefer he just stopped and handed the phone to manager Seth. I was upset that they were making ordering difficult after everything I have been through not able to use gift card for 50$. I told Seth I was frustrated and asked him why that person in the middle of my call handed him the phone? I also told him I am the person that has the gift card and his manager never called me back. He said they are never going to refund a gift card then he told me to actually take my business elsewhere and refused to take my order. Do not eat at this pizza hut... Dishes and pans are not properly washed your pizza will get cooked with old crust and cheese etc from old pizzas that have ran through dishwasher. Dough is a lot of the times 2-3 days old there stingy on there toppings and don't pay attention to detail or toppings and will also throw molded toppings on your pizza and if your kosher or vegetarian or anything trust me when I say they do not wash there hands going from meats to veggies and also they constantly cross contaminate there ingredients because they are careless and lazy. Also this place is a huge health violation in so many ways trust me when I say do not eat from this location and if you can do not eat from any pizza hut within Missoula, polson, Kalispell or Helena as there all owned by the same careless company and ran by the same careless GM. So unless you wanna risk a yeast infection, food poisoning or have your kosher or veggie touched with meats or pork don't go to these locations and I am reporting all this to the health department as well myself today as a disgruntled employee who tried to change all this but was not successful cause they don't care they just...

First time I have reviewed this Pizza Hut. They seem to be fifty fifty on correct phone orders. Out of my last four orders they have gotten two right🤷‍♀️. I’m sure they would fix if I called and drove back but when I pick up after work and they give me the wrong pzone I didn’t notice until I actually picked it up to eat.
