I have been a loyal customer since the day it has been open :-)! This place has the most delicious and fresh cupcakes with variety flavors and unusual combination of flavors also using real fruit that you cannot buy it at any grocery or Bakery places:-)! They sell variety different type of cupcakes everyday it is not the same all the time :-)! So, the great thing about this place you can get points by joining the membership for free every time you buy a cupcake you get points as soon as you reach that number of purchases you will get a cupcake for free after you get a free cupcake then it will start all over again and regenerate the points so you can get another free cupcake :-)! Why I also love about this place the more cupcakes you buy they put it in the hot pink box where you will not get your car dirty or yourself it will not drop out of your hands or roll all over the car with the frosting at least it will be safe and secure in the Box plus they give you a Fork to eat with if you ask for one:-)! You can enjoy this place and eat it inside of there and eat as many cupcakes as you want with different flavors while you can also have a gathering or birthday party or even playing your computer games or board games or read your newspaper or a book while you enjoying your cupcakes! They have free parking and you can bring your kids or grandparents or friends and they also have handicap parking:-)! And if you like smoothie you should go by Next Door since it's been hot in the summer to enjoy any flavor at Smoothie King :-)! Or you could eat at Chipotle and then after that have dessert at Smallcakes the owner is very friendly and so are the other employees and very helpful :-)! Or you could have special orders of any flavors and combinations of cupcakes and they can make it fresh for you if you give them a call for Advanced orders:-)! I do have to say this it is pricey for that size of cupcake I think they should lower the price down or either make the cupcake much bigger for that price it should be jumbo size:-( :-)! I think they should sell a variety of drinks for you to enjoy a long with your cupcakes:-)! I am so glad you could pay it either cash or credit card :-)! I never get tired of the delicious moist and fresh cupcakes:-)! I hope that you all enjoy this place and try this delicious moist and fresh cupcake like I do which I never get disappointed of theirs...

This review is due to poor customer service which lead to a complete waste of time. I called first to inquire about their availability to produce a cake and cupcakes for a birthday in 6 days. They brushed it off and said yes they had the availability and I should come in. I came in the same day and spent 45 minutes going back and forth on designs. One minute they tell me they can only due certain things, I therefore begin to simplify my cake design idea, then the owner proceeds to show me cakes that they have done which were MUCH more complicated than anything I showed them from the beginning! At the end of the 45 minutes exchanged I still did not know if they would/"could" sue my cake. They said they needed to contact the baker to make sure. They said I would hear back maybe later that day, if not the next morning at the latest. I didn't hear back until 2pm the next day. They said yes they could do the cake, proceeded to take my card information until I verified the cake would be ready the MORNING that I needed it along with the mini cupcakes. I needed it at 9:30, they opened at 10 and said there was no way it be ready. Which was the original question I asked before showing up in the first place. They said again we need to check with the baker and will call me back. An hour later, someone new that I'd never spoken with or seen called me back to say they won't be able to do the cake. Frustrated is an understatement! A complete waste of my time and energy! I will never be back because this isn't even the entire story. Communication and customer service is extremely poor. They began to communicate a need for up charges on a cake before even confirming a cake design or communicating a base price and size! I actually began to feel they DIDN'T want to do business with me. No worries!...

I called because my dad door dashed us some cupcakes and when they arrived they tasted TERRIBLE. We didn’t even finish them and our stomach was already bubbling. I called the store at 8:18pm 11/23 - the first time they hung up immediately then I called again and I told the bitter girl that clearly hates her job the situation and she just said okay and when I asked to speak to the manager she said no and hung up on me. When I called back she hung up on me again. If she’s the one making the cupcakes then it makes sense why they were not edible

In response to the owner - it was a door dash order so no I would not go into the store when I didn’t even drive there. I tried to resolve the issue by calling the store 3x as soon as I received the order but your employee kept hanging up on me.
