it's been awhile since I've been to a pei wei, about 8 years ago in Kingwood tx. The new store is bright and welcoming, the staff is very knowledgeable and helped me pick a winning dinner 🍽. Firecracker 🧨 Chicken with 2 pork egg rolls. The chicken 🐔 was very good every bite you wanted more. the egg rolls we Not overcooked very tasty and light. Overall what a refresh from the original dark restaurant style. What a great find for lunch.

Food is overpriced for what you get. The quality does not outweigh the quantity. The “noodles” were just SAD. Looked and felt like a pack of ramen cup noodles and were tough. The drink was overpriced and tastes like just water and the cup wasn’t even filled. Asked to fill the cup and employee gave some sad excuse. Tried it and do not ever have to go back to this place.

It's clear she cares about where she works and that goes a long way in having a good restaurant. The place was also very clean and well kept. Plus the food, always good, cleaner feeling Chinese.

Super excited this opened near by. Placed an order online and was greeted by a super friendly employee when I entered, Eureka. It's clear she cares about where she works and that goes a long way in having a good restaurant. The place was also very clean and well kept. Plus the food, always good, cleaner feeling Chinese.

This Pei Wei, and the past few visits to the Sugarland location, have finally broke me. I used to absolutely LOVE Pei Wei, but I can't do it anymore

Absolutely horrible quality control and a serious lack of flavor.

Fried rice was goop, the beef was gummy with little flavor (had to drown it in soy and sriracha), and the chicken was tough. We stopped eating our dishes midway through and just left...

It's not just this new location... It's something seriously wrong with Pei Wei.

We stopped by Pei Wei in Missouri City and were blown away by the service, especially from the assistant manager Marie. From the moment we walked in, her warm and infectious smile made us feel genuinely welcome. She was kind, attentive, and guaranteed we’d have a great experience and she delivered. Honestly, you’d think she owned the place with the pride and care she put into everything. I don’t know what you’re paying her, but it’s not enough. Marie made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back...
