Fried veg roll mushy and bland inside, crispy outside. Veg side Noodles o.k. I've added garlic salt and it tasted great! Garlic egg plant bland, I added garlic salt, vegetable tempura bland, needed salt the dipping sauce for it helped but I have know idea why they don't season their vegetables?? The delivery i thought was outsourced because my food was left outside my gate on the ground in the rain. I want my tip back.

Someone called and apologized they didn't let me know about contact less delivery. But on the ground? Could've hung it on my gate.

I also received no plastic wear and was told "we do this all the time and nobody complains" Thats when she lost me. Pointing the finger at the customer as a complainer and not taking ownership for not asking if I needed plastic wear.

What she doesn't know is because of this new delivery trend and the downfall of the resteraunt industry im aware they are no longer giving tools to eat with. Thats why I stayed on the phone for an extra 3-5 min attempting to tell her to make sure I get some. I dont do dishes. I pay house keeping for that and they are off this week.

She does know I won't be ordering from them again, I dont like to work for my food and I dont like excuses. She basically canceled her apology when she told me I was the only 1 to complain so the 3 stars I was going to give before she called now gets 2....

I went to eat at Hana's on November 7, 2024 for a an early dinner, late lunch and ordered garlic chicken which had green veggies: green beans, broccoli. And the next day, I had the worse case of food poisoning. I went to work very ill, and tried to work regardless because I needed to show up, and ended up feeling as if I would go unconscious. To avoid me falling and hitting my head, I had to lay down on the floor at work under my desk. Good thing I had my phone in my hand and texted my boss. She arrived and saw me laying on the floor. Then I had a powerful feeling of needing to black out, or vomit. So I was barely able to get up and move to my trash can and I threw up in my trash can for maybe 5 minutes or more straight, with my boss patting my back. The nurse came to cart me away in a wheelchair, which I refused like a proud man, and walked out to my car where I was escorted to go home. I was super disappointed in getting sick at a place that offered me such a simple meal. My instincts told me that the place would not be good because of the bathroom. It was very nasty. I will definitely be reporting this place to the...

food is good for the price service is terrible though specially if you order to go. the guy making the sushi is very nice but the lady (might be his wife) who takes your order and serves you is terrible (weather its to go or for dine in, she's terribly rude.). I ordered to go three times and the lady never got my correct soup. I kept coming back because the guy said "we're the new kids on the block" so I thought, ok ill help out and give my business to them, well never again! I called every time my soup was wrong (to let them know) and by the third time I went in and I told the lady (that I had called three times complaining about my incorrect ordered) she did offer to give me the soups but I didn't want four soups (I was getting one with my order already) so I kindly asked if I could switch all four soups for a seaweed salad ( each soup $2.50 total $10, seaweed salad $5.50) she refused and insisted on giving me four soups. I simply said "no thank you", I didn't want to drink my entire lunch that day. i walked away and will never be back, there are many more Asian places to eat in this area, no need to put up with...

I haven't had their sushi so I can't contest to that but we ordered several Chinese dishes and everything was either flavorless or severely lacking flavor and or spice. The chicken fried rice, garlic chicken and kp chicken were all just mediocre. We asked if they could simply add sautéed onion to the chicken fried rice which the waiter said okay to and then once she ran it by the manager we could see her tell her no in an aggressive manner. The waitress then tells us that "we have to charge you 5 dollars to add white onion because a case is 60+ dollars". Instead if simply adding a little white onion to a simple and flavorless dish they would rather be ignorant and tell us we had to pay an additional fee to make the food hopefully taste somewhat better. This was our first time and last as there are a ton of other better asian restaurants literally just down the street. I still left a decent tip and didn't even get told bye or thank you on the way out as we were literally the only people in the restaurant.

Decided to go here because a flyer was left in my mailbox. We made it during their happy hour (3:00pm-6:00pm) and ordered a few things. The seaweed salad was okay, I found it to be extremely wet. The salmon sashimi was probably one of the worst I've had. The salmon was cut super thick and it tasted like olive oil has been brushed on it, definitely not tasty at all nor have I ever had sashimi served over ice. The salmon roll and tuna roll were okay, nothing too out of this world. Finally, the rainbow roll was okay as well, the tuna on it tasted a little off. The prices weren't bad for happy hour but it's definitely not a place I would recommend to someone to go for sushi, maybe their other dishes are better?

They have the BEST General Tso's chicken, hands down! Big chunks of juicy chicken, and the sauce is delicious! I normally don't like Americanized Chinese breaded meat dishes, but I LOVE their General Tso's! Their beef and vegetables is also good - the beef is always tender and flavorful, and there's a good variety of vegetables. And their Nemo roll is my favorite sushi roll! Ordered it this past week and couldn't believe how fresh it tasted! (Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the dishes before digging in, so you're getting partial plates here!)
