Timmy Chan’s — Restaurant in Missouri City

HORRIBLE rip-off. Can't say if I liked what I ate because they didn't give me anything to eat! Went through the drive-thru (that's designed like it's serving customers in prison for violent crimes, I felt my hip snap in pain when I was driving to stretch my arms up and out to grab my bag from the tight security window, it's not even a window, it's a spinning glass they spin around and you struggle to throw your money in and they spin it back around and throw your horrible meal in it, which you struggle to reach and grab without dropping it, no customer service at that window, no one handing you a bag and it looked like all questions were to be asked through a speaker that had a push-button, which is also out of arms reach. Why the tight security, I"m not familiar with the area being a criminal haven and if it was unsafe when they built it, they have a police station in the strip now so what's the problem, are they keeping that security shield because they know they're ripping customers off? They even have a sign on the glass saying something about them not being responsible for customers leaving their money/cards in that horrible spinning glass. Anyway the food, What food? I ordered spicy pepper shrimp entree and I got a pile of rice and HUGE bell peppers just in half, HUGE peppers filled the container and underneath those massive peppers was 6 small shrimp you buy at the grocery store for your salad. They were so small I could balance them on my thumb. If Rice and peppers was the meal, then it was plentiful and gross. But I ordered pepper shrimp, so I expected that for the high price they charge. That was my first and last visit. Rip-off meal and convict...

Terrible customer service. I've been to this restaurant twice and they've been closed. I attributed that to google being wrong due to corona. So, the last time I went there, I checked their new times on their door. It said 10pm. I got there at about 9:40.

The lights were on inside the restaurant and on the menu. The person in front of the person me ordered. By this time, I had been on the line for about 10 minutes. Before it was my turn, the lights on the menu went off. I told the person in front of me to tell them as it was their turn to order. They told the person they were closed and told me the kitchen was closed. They said they close at 9:30, while their door says 10pm. If that changed why wasn't it written anywhere?

I told them I had been waiting for quite a while and people had ordered right in front of me. They said kitchen was closed and just went off the comms. This is just bad behavior. You get to chick fil a before they close and they serve you even when they close while you're on the line.

Worst Timmy Chan's wings I've ever had. I'm from the South side and grew on eating from the Timmy Chan's on MLK and the one on Scott street. I just happened to be in Mo City last night and stopped here to get me a W6 and a Koolaid. What I saw when I opened the box was not traditional Timmy Chan's chicken. Not sure what it was. But the look, color, texture, taste, and smell was not there. I've never eaten anything from Timmy Chan's other than their wings so that's what my review is purely based on. Just take one look at the picture of this chicken and my true $outhsiders can clearly see the difference. And to all of those people who have eaten these wings and think that they're good clearly have not eaten from the Original Timmy Chan's. I will not be eating at this location ever again. They do have good...
