Bracket Room — Restaurant in Missouri

We have stayed in this hotel for two weeks in a row. We’ve had a mix of experiences here. But the worst was definitely from the server Rita in the bar one night. She barely acknowledged when I walked in and said she had two people in front of me and she’d be right with me. That’s fine I understand, except for she proceeded to wait on and ring out bills and refresh drinks for all six people sitting in the bar in front of me. Then she turned to wait in another group who came in after me, although they too have been waiting a very long time. Absolutely rude. If Rita is working, she will get no service from her unless you’re sitting at her bar. And it wasn’t about her being busy, she was obviously doing it deliberately.

On the flipside, we went the previous Thursday night and had dinner in the bar , and there was the loveliest woman who waited on us. Friendly sweet attentive kind, she’s just a lovely soul. I only wish now I had caught her name. But if you’re going to try this place perhaps Thursday night...

You are missing out if you haven't tried this spot yet. The food was great. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap and I can honestly say, it's the best I've ever had. Where usually full of lettuce and croutons, this was loaded with great tasting chicken, parm & sauce. The wrap was fresh and not chewy or stale. My husband ordered the wings as did some friends and they all really enjoyed those as well. Oh, and the fries - Perfect! No ketchup needed. lol The drinks also did not disappoint. The service was amazing. We had a good group and Tony didn't waiver. Groups are hard and he managed us perfectly. Everything was clean and crisp and I loved the decor, the flooring especially. Just eaten a piece of chicken and notice black in the meat. Not burned. Manager apologetic but took a long time to get agreement that the food was not fit to be served. Eventually agreed, refunded food

Following response from owner, I can't find a place to reply so have edited my review. I am about to board a plane at Dulles. I thought you would see the location by the photo. This was exactly my point to the staff. 'What are you going to do to ensure this doesn't happen to any other diner?' No response.
