Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Missouri

Just like all the other one star ratings the ghetto employees are the problem. There was three employees at that location that should keep their job tall slender black gentleman working the phone's was excellent and the short white guy that was literally doing everything else and the short older gentleman with cornrows working the wing station they were doing their jobs and actually care the rest of the employees including the black girl with braids at the front that was so loud and ghetto that the guy giving me my pizza had to talk over her. I originally had her take my order but she had attitude issues. I asked for the pizza and wing combo she said they don't have a pizza and wing combo i said it's the one advertised on your web page she said i have to order that on the web page funny thing is i walked in and order that same thing about a month ago with the same ghetto young lady and she had taken my order no problem. so she made me place my order online fine as im placing it i hear the guy taking phone orders say pizza and wing combo so either he offered it or someone placed that order and he was repeating it back either way that young lady told me i had to order it online as was beyond rude i almost walked out . As im waiting on my order the delivery driver and her are having a extremely loud conversation as he goes out the door with an order he yells gay three times, that's beyond inappropriate. As im waiting on my food a customer called in and said that her pizza was cold and the sausage was under cooked and the reason i know this is because the ghetto girl with the braids loud mouth told everyone in the store then her and the delivery driver said all sorts of inappropriate things about the customer in front of me and other customers and all the employees so out goes the delivery driver that's when i notice he is parked right in front of the store facing the wrong way while waiting on my food i watched him park in that spot three times where their are four signs that say no parking or standing fire lane also watched an elderly transportation vehicle have to load an elderly woman with a walker have to walk all the way down and load half in the street because this driver was blocking the handicap ramp i could not believe this so i snapped a picture. I will be notifying the American with disabilities as well as a few other disability groups about the imo's driver blocking disability access the police parking enforcement for parking in a clearly marked fire lane going the wrong way and no front license plate as well as the lgbt groups about open use of slanderous use of gay over and over as a discriminatory term. It obvious that the driver feels he is above the law and will contact imo's owner as i feel if this is going on and on that level the manager is unable to control his employees. Stop hiring kids! They lack common sense, maturity, discipline and they're not professional or considerate. Tonight I went to pick up my call in order which was ready and inside the holding steamer box but the young lady who was wearing a Hazelwood Vikings t-shirt continued to answer the phone instead of taking care of me & the 6 other customers in the lobby. She did not have sense enough to help us on her own so a manager in plain clothes told her help the person at the salad station so they could get some of our orders out. The girl at the salad station did not want her help because she came over and started gossiping instead of making food. So she came back to the front counter looking silly laughing goofily telling the manager her help wasn't needed. You think she would have attempted to walk over to the steamer hold box to get my & the other orders that had been ready but nooooo. She hopped her silly goofy self right back on the phone lol. It wasn't until another customer who was an older white guy walked in did the plain clothes manager come up & ask him was he here for a pickup which he immediately got on the computer to look up his name. She then went to the steamer box to get my pizza. It was ready when she took my payment for it almost 15 minutes ago. I know kids are hired because you don't have to pay them much but they bring down the business with their desire to play all day and their unprofessionalism. The pizza was dry as cardboard...

So last night on 6/27 I ordered a medium pizza (half cheese, half hamburger)chicken strips and a half chef salad (with only turkey and chicken) and was told it would take 20-25 minutes by the young lady who took my order. I arrived maybe 15 minutes early to pay for my order. It took over an hour to receive my food. I was given a cold pizza, salad with no dressing, and no chicken strips at all and a bag with a note that read, happy pride with a smiley face on it. I went back in and asked for the managers and their names. The man said I’m Nick and I am the manager. I introduced myself and told him I would be contacting corporate about the note written on my bag and his inability to effectively run a business. He told me that he did not care I could call whoever I wanted to call. I also asked why I had to wait over an hour and still had not received my chicken strips. He argued that they were very busy, short staffed, and that he had already given my refund for my items to another young man in the restaurant whom I did not know and said I’m not about to play this game with you. I do not know the man!! I told him that he and the entire team should be fired. The employees have poor customer service because he does it starts at the top with leadership and left. He apologized but it was already too late. I emailed Imo’s headquarters last night but no call back today so here’s my review, I normally don’t do this but it’s needed.
