McDonald's — Restaurant in Missouri

The service and level of unprofessional behavior was horrendous. After I placed my order in the drive-thru I pulled around to the first window I was surprised to see a child, approximately three years old, playing with the racks of stacked hamburger buns. After receiving my change I pulled up to the next window. I sat there for about three minutes before a lady came and asked me what I had ordered. I told her and she asked someone about the order. About 30 seconds later she came back to window and asked me if I had a receipt? I gave her the receipt and once again she asked about the order. When she returned this time she asked me to pull over to one of the mobile parking spaces.

After about 10 minutes I went into the restaurant. There were literally four people working in the front and not one of them acknowledged me even after two of made eye contact with me. During this time a young man's order came up and a young lady walked up placed her order. Still no one acknowledged me standing there. When I asked to speak to the manager two of the young ladies laughed and one replied, "he wants to speak to a manager." To which the other young lady replied, "Well that ain't me!" And they laughed again.

Finally the young woman working at the drive-thru window asked me what I needed and I told the situation. She kept working the window while the other three young ladies just kept joking around and laughing. Finally a young lady comes over and asked me what I ordered. I told her and then she calls out the order for it to be prepared because I requested a special order. At this time I told her that was alright I just wanted my money back. Once again, one of the young ladies looked over her shoulder at me and replied, "He wants his money back." And the two started laughing again.

After a couple of minutes or so another young lady came out and gave me my refund. These young ladies DID NOT represent the McDonald's brand...

This has got to be absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve even been to. I literally dread having to pick something up from the store as I know it will be a LONG wait/running out of Menu items. I order a Mac chicken deluxe meal yesterday late early evening. I believe I waited for 20-30 minutes in the line to get my food. Then I was told to pull to the side and wait for my food. I actually waited 30 MORE minutes for my food. I actually had to go in to get my food. EVERY car that was in front of me were actually waiting on there foods to. When I go in the assistant manager I believe was the one apologizing for my inconvenience. The manager said NOTHING. There was no one inside ordering food only the drive threw that was taking orders. There was maybe 8-9 workers in the store, looking lost and not knowing what to do. It’s a drive threw not even a sole ordering in the store. The MANAGER, if I call her that doesn’t know what she is doing obviously. Get someone in this store that knows how to take care of business. This store SUCKS! Corporate McDonald’s do someone about this unprofessional, unorganized MESS of a Store. This is an...

Don't bother coming here HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in and was stared at by the manager. No greetings. Stood at the counter as I was ignored as 2 employees walked passed me. The other employee which was leaning against the frappe machine drinking a large soda justed looked at me. Mind you no one else was in line!!! So after not being acknowledged I had to ask if someone was working at the register the guy which I forgot to state had to be about 50 yrs old said " she gone take it " and pointed to the manager. He then finished leaning against the frappe machine drinking a soda. When the manger finally said ill be with you it was 10 minutes later..c'mon you have to do better. I left. I asked someone later about that McDonald and was told the older man was the owner.!!!!! I have been serving in the military 18 yrs and have toured various countries and this was the most out right poorest of poor managed places. I say this because there is a sign in the window that states " Owned and operated by a veteran" that can't be true...this place is surely a ICE Complaint and should be...
