Big Dummy's — Restaurant in Mitchell

After reading some of the reviews I felt compelled to check out Big Dummys. The owner was polite and had reasolved a complaint with a patron in 3 seconds after having heard his constructive advise on a seasoning

THE PLAYLIST, I love the range of music played in the jukebox. I sat on the large open patio area for an hour and didnt hear a song I havnt enjoyed throughout my life.

The overall set up of the establishment is very unique. I feel that it's the kind of place where you can hang out and get loud with friends over a game of darts or hide out on the patio to relax.

I'll most certainly be back to try the food the next time I'm camping out...

Placed a to go order for a Big Dummy burger with onion rings and a Combo Basket. We received a burger with nothing on it but cheese. Burger was overcooked and very dry, bun was hard. Was supposed to come with jalapenos and did not. Got fries instead of onion rings.

Some items in the combo basket were overcooked, it was missing the breaded mushrooms all together.

It was about 10:30PM when we placed the order, and about 11PM when we picked it up. They were not very busy.

We were all the way home when we discovered these issues and didn't plan on leaving again so we didn't bother to call...

Service is just aweful. Walk in bar tender doesn’t acknowledge us. See’s us sit down and helps a guy with a shirt. Doesn’t say hey guys I’ll be right with you. Walks to the bar and when two guys walk in and walk up to the bar. Bartender is more than happy to help them. We left & will never go back. This is the most pathetic customer service I have experienced. I pray to god this is not how you treat all of ur customers.
