The visit started off great. Little to know line to order. The lady was learning, she was doing great. But that's about where it ended. They made our food order and packaged it but then it sat. They made our ice cream and brought it out but one cup of ice cream was a quarter full and she said they had run out, hopefully that was OK. I said, well, we payed for a full cup, not a quarter so she got us a new one as the vanilla was coming out as she brought us our subpar cup of ice cream. Another 5 minutes or so goes by and they realize they hadn't given us our food that had been sitting about 10 minutes. I asked when they brought it, how do I know which is our shake and which is our malt. They said the malt is thicker. The only way to confirm is to taste it! Hello! That is not acceptable. Overall, very disappointing. We spent a good 30 minutes...

I’ll start with the food….. it was very good!! Everything thing was hot and tasted freshly made. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

Now I’ll tell you about how one of us left our purse there….we were about 20 minutes away before we realized it. I call and ask if they can check, and they do but don’t find it. We turn around so we can check ourselves and about half way back to Culver’s we receive a call from Stephanie who works there. AUSTIN, who takes care of the dining room, found it!!! She had heard the other employee speaking with someone on the phone about a lost purse and went through the numbers to find mine to let us know they had it!
