Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mitchell

Only drive thru is open and they close at 8pm now . Ordered food just after 7pm 15 min wait in line . Got food but checked bag before leaving restaurant parking lot and a food item was missing. Because the dining area was closed I had to go around to the drive thru ..again and sit in line another 15 mins. My $28.00 order got cold in the bag while waiting in line .. again for the food that was not put in the bag first time. This is the third time since the dining room was closed that my food order was not complete. 2nd time I ordered thru door dash and had to get a refund because a food item was missing then. If you get food from this taco bell location in Mitchell, SD check food before you leave. I am not ordering food from them again until they open the dining room. 3rd Horrible experience. 40 minutes to get all my food order tonight. I just wish they would double check customer orders before...

The gal rang everything in correctly, the it too 15 to 20 minutes to get our food an when we picked it up 2 of the 4 orders were wrong we ordered chicken chalupa an got beef. I went up an told the gal at the register. I said we ordered chicken, showed her receipt which said chicken. I said we will keep these just refund the difference. She said that may be awhile... .the manager was working the food line because the help was very short. I just waited 28 minutes in the drive thru. There was one car ordering and 2 behind that. As i pulled up the 1st car went around the corner after ordering. Then the next car pulled up to the screen and waited 15 mins before ordering. Then they pulled up. The next truck pulled up and after 12 mins they were still sitting waiting to order. I just left. I mean i know places are short staffed but but 15 mins between orders is a bit much. At the rate it was going it would be 45 minutes before I got to order and 1 hour before i got my food.
