Arby's — Restaurant in Mobile

The mobile one off inn road is awesome, we tried the one in Daphne Al of hwy 90 and the doors were locked... I mean when we pulled up there was a sign that said drive through only and we watched a young girl get up from the dinning area just to make sure the door was locked.... I had the Arby's app that said in store only... So I just needed to order inside not go through the drive through... The Daphne Al location is always closed, either the doors are locked at all different hours or and the drive through is closed.. when they should be opened.... We sat on night in the drive through for nearly 15 mins waiting for a answer... No one ever did, though all the lights were on, cars were there.... This location has the laziest and rudest people... Thank you Inn road mobile Al, your crew had the doors opened and took care us quickly and efficiently... Even with my separate orders, made everything fresh and it was the best... When it's your one treat when your dieting, you want to enjoy your once month treat... Thank inn road...

I will never come to this place and now any other Arby’s for that matter. The drive through took my order wrong. When the 2nd window handed me my drink it was wrong. They handed me my food it was wrong. When I tried to get the girls attention she was very rude. She argued with me about what I ordered. She also slammed the window closed several times on me while I was trying to explain to the manger my order.. as I pulled up to wait on the correct order I threw my drink out the window. The girl in the drive thru took her head set off and came out to my car trying to fight me. She tried to accuse me of throwing my drink at her. I called Arby’s and have yet to receive a call back. Needless to say I will never eat Arby’s again. I have my attorney involved . Y’all need to pick better people to work for you. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t be working there… I bet she still working there.. The whole store needs to be closed. Very very unprofessional...

Conflicted on this review. I've loved their food and service in the past, the staff was always kind and effienct. After tonight, I'm not sure. My grandpa and I stopped by and he gave me 10 to go in and buy a sandwich meal. There was no one in the resturant at the counter when I walked in, but there was a worker to the side doing nothing and a girl in the back manning the drive-thru. I politely said "hello?" since neither of them acknowledged me when I walked in. After 5 attempts to get their attention, I walked out. A girl then walked into the dining area around the register to see who had left. My grandpa was furious and walked in with me for a second time. Upon the lady seeing us and taking our order, she deliberately said we were lying and told us she had been sitting at the counter the whole time and NEVER knew I even walked in. Sad you have to tell to get staff attention and they...
