Checkers — Restaurant in Mobile

Went there today around 6pm I had place my order online when I got there the order was just being made but I didn't mind the wait because it was a big order. My problem was the drive thru girl since I had place my order online I went thru the app pickup line when you go to this window the passenger side window is face the drive thru window she can to the window I told her my name and order she couldn't hear me so I repeated myself.She became frustrated and slame the window and walked away and told the other young lady to deal with me so this young lady comes to the window and get my name in 5 seconds and she let's me know it not ready which is no problem I have time so I can wait. She goes to make my order when she finishes she tell the first young lady I had to pass me my order she refused and said I'm not dealing with her yes I could her the window was open but my problem is I did nothing to her I wasn't rude I didn't cuss her out nothing I don't even know her to be treated like that was just wrong. Food was fresh and good and the other two employees was great but I will not be back I don't like getting treated like that...

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a hotdog that falls apart when you open the wrapper then this is your place! Honestly, I’m easy to please and my expectations are low. Service was pretty horrible. I felt like a burden even making my order because, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted right away. Sounded annoyed when I asked for rootbeer but they were out so I took a second to make another choice.

The staff that was working that lunch shift seemed miserable. I don’t want to assume anything but, I hope she finds a job that makes her happy. This isn’t it. This is the third time I’ve gone in a few months and service has been extremely slow everytime. They have you pull into the other lane and wait. I was frustrated with a hungry toddler just to get a horrible looking hotdog that fell apart. Burger was also literally thrown together.

Every time I go to this Checkers and buy the promotional 2 for $5 burgers (the bacon garlic bread texas toast burgers, the bacon steak burgers), they don't give me the bacon. When questioned the first time, they told me that they didn't come with bacon while I was looking at the promotional advertisement sticker on the drive-thru window that says "bacon garlic bread texas toast doubles" Gave them benefit of the doubt that they would get it together and never did. And even with a new promotion that says bacon on it and says bacon on the receipt (the bacon philly steak burger and bacon french onion steak burger), they still left out the bacon, and when buying food for other people, I should really get what it says I'm paying for. Keep coming back because I live so close, but no one at this location can get it together, that it's really worth the extra drive...
