I seldom write reviews but figured I should given the wonderful service I received, especially considering how they handled my relatively minor problem. I walked in and dropped my watch off to have it looked at as it had stopped ticking, I assumed the battery had just run it’s course. They said give them 20-30 mins and it’d be ready to pick up. I ran an errand or two and came back to pick up my watch. The man at the counter walked to greet me with my watch in hand and said, “here you go.” I was obviously expecting to pay some type of repair or replacement fee for their services but he just told me, “don’t worry about it.” Somewhat taken aback by the wonderful service I thanked him and walked out to realize not only did they replace my battery but set the correct time as well. Now this may not seem like a lot to most people but in today’s society it’s the small and sincere gestures that make a huge difference. Thank you Karat...

My boyfriend and I had an awful experience here. Do not even think about coming here !!

We walked in and were met with disgusted and judgmental looks and a greeter who basically didn’t “greet” us but just asked what we wanted. We told her what we were looking for regarding my engagement ring and she was super judgmental to the fact I wanted an emerald cut ring with a halo… that’s not a crazy thing to look for. We told her we wanted a 2 carat and she kept remarking “well we can go bigger..” or “let’s look at something better”.

She basically didn’t give us the experience my friend who had purchased her ring there had been given. In fact, they only gave us the time of day AFTER we mentioned her fiancé’s name but at that point we were walking out the door. I was here months ago and was offered 800.00 for a diamond 💎 ring. I did not take it because it was my mom's who passed away. I went back 9/24 yesterday to see if I could get the same offer. The owner said he never made me an offer and I told him he did or I would have not come back. He said well he is not making an offer now. Basically called me a lier and was very rude. I will never step foot in that place again. Went somewhere else and that owner said he has heard bad customer service from others.
