First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location, though I’ve been going since the BW3 days. The visit was chaotic—not because it was busy, but because there were too many staff members doing too many things without communicating. We had four or five different people check on us, but no one seemed to be tracking what had actually been served.
My girlfriend’s meal was supposed to include fries, but they didn’t come out with her plate. I kept staring at it thinking, “Something’s off—carrots and chicken, but no fries?” We mentioned it to our server when she finally came back, and also flagged it to two other staff members who stopped by. Still, no fries.
Later, we asked for a basket of chips. Suddenly, here come the chips—and the fries. But the fries bypassed our table and were delivered to another one. It wasn’t our server who brought them out; it was someone else helping. That’s the issue: too many people doing too many things without coordination. A simple checklist or earpiece system—especially on game days—would solve this.
Then, as we were wrapping up, someone brought out an extra beer I hadn’t ordered. I said, “Okay, I’ll drink it,” assuming maybe they’d comp it or it was a gesture since we tip well. I told them I didn’t order it, and reminded them we’d waited 45 minutes for fries. The server was very apologetic, but nothing was done about it. They didn’t charge us for her Dr Pepper, which may or may not have been intentional—but there’s a big difference between a soda and a beer, especially when that beer ended up spilled on me.
That spill wasn’t entirely their fault, but it was a direct result of the chaos. There wasn’t much room on the table, and no one had cleared anything. I had three glasses in front of me, tried to shift things around, and the beer tipped—right onto my fresh clothes. That’s on me, but also on the lack of table management. The menu items should’ve been cleared, and we should’ve had more space.
It wasn’t a bad experience overall. We’ll definitely go back. But these are things that need fixing. Operational breakdowns like this are...
Read moreI'm not one to file reviews after one incident however after three bad orders from the Mobile, AL location it's time to let others know about our experiences. As it turns out each of our incidents were for burgers and fries in a take out order. Each incident involved something either missing in the order or the burgers were not prepared as ordered. Tonight there was a combination of all the above. None of the burger orders (3) were prepared as ordered. Each either had something missing or something not ordered added to the burger. On two of the orders we paid extra for additions to the order which were not included. We only received two fry orders when there were supposed to be three. To top all of that the burgers were not really that good especially since they did not include what we had ordered. They spared no part of the order from being wrong and to top it off they failed to include the ice cream with the desert. After a long hard day I was ready for dinner and thought it would be good so my wife wouldn't have to cook we would order take out for a few burgers. However, that decision turned out to be a bad one today. I don't know about you but I work hard for my money and like to get what I order and pay for. The last three times we purchased from Buffalo Wild Wings the orders were either missing something or wrong altogether. I think three times is enough wouldn't you. We will think real hard before ordering from them again.
This is an additional review. Our family decided to try another meal from Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday however the results were the same. We ordered hamburgers again and they left items off one order and did not include the desert. I guess if they leave off items people ordered and paid for then over time they could make a lot of money. They will not be making any money off our family again because this recent order will be our last. We will not waste spending our money again since they can not get the orders correct and do not appear to be concerned with loosing...
Read moreMy very first time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say I am terribly disappointed. I have always heard so many good things about Buffalo Wild Wings. So I decided to take my two boys ages 9 and 14. The hostess was very nice and got us seated very quickly. That's the only good thing I can say happened. The waitress took our order and never smiled she seemed bothered when I explained that it was my first time in the restaurant and wanted to hear about the most popular dishes. Once we ordered our drinks and food she became scarce. A different waitress brought us our food. My queso fries were barely warm. My sons both ordered ranch dressing and I ordered blue cheese. When I told our scarce waitress of the mistake she brought our one small cup of ranch to my 14 year old son who had approx. 15 Wings. I had to ask another waitress for more ranch. I had to ask a different waitress for napkins. And honestly I would understand if the place was packed or it was a game day or something. But the place wasn't even that busy. It was embarrassing that I had to keep asking other waitresses "I'm sorry to bother you but can we have...." I think what made the whole thing worse was that not one time did she come by and refill our drinks. My 9 year old got a refill on his drink because he finished his drink before he got his meal, but it wasn't even our waitress that noticed he needed a drink. He got a refill from an entirely different waitress. Our waitress finally showed up to ask "are y'all done? Do y'all need to go boxes" and still never asked about refilling our empty cups or apologized for not checking on us. On the way out the manager didn't ask me how my meal was he told me do have a nice day and I started to say I will have a nice day because I will never step foot inside that...
