My husband and I went inside, waited about 5 minutes before one of the 12 people standing around talking to each other asked if they could help us. We placed an order for two number 1's, which on the menu is two donuts with a hot or iced coffee. The girl got our donuts the yelled for someone else to come check us out. She begrudgingly came up there. As she arrived the other girl set down two hot coffees. I told her that we wanted iced coffees because neither of us drink hot coffee. She said ok, what flavor do you want. The girl ringing us up said we don't make iced coffees. I told the girl that asked that we would like caramel vanilla. The girl ringing us up proceeded to add two frozen caramel vanilla coffees to our order. We told her, no, the number ones come with a hot or iced coffee. She said we don't sell iced coffee. We told her, your menu says hot or iced. She said we do t and if you want the frozen ones then you have to add them to the number ones. We told her to just cancel it and turned around to leave and she made a smart comment. I turned around and told her nevermind could I speak with the manager. She said sure and yelled back to one of the other 11 people that were hanging around not doing anything and said they are pissed because we don't do iced coffees. The person who I assume was the manager walked up front and dramatically presents the ice machine that has a sign on it that it is out of order. She was completely unprofessional and seemed like she was putting on a show for all of the teenagers there. We will just go to Duncan from now on. I am attaching the pic that I got on...
Read moreVisiting Krispy Kreme in Mobile, AL was nothing short of a delightful experience! The moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked doughnuts which instantly set the tone for our visit.
The selection of doughnuts on offer was vast, and for a moment, we felt like kids in a candy store, trying to pick out our favorites. However, what truly elevated our experience were the employees. They were exceptionally helpful, guiding us through the extensive range of mouth-watering options. With their insights, we were able to make selections that catered to our palette perfectly. Their knowledge about each doughnut and their genuine enthusiasm made the entire process so much more enjoyable.
In addition to our doughnut feast, we also picked up a Krispy Kreme coffee mug – a quaint souvenir to remember our trip. The Krispy Kreme k-cups were a pleasant find too, allowing us to take a little piece of Krispy Kreme home with us, perfect for those morning coffee rituals.
But the cherry on top of our visit? The free Krispy Kreme hats they generously offered us – just like the ones the employees wear! It was such a fun gesture that added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel like part of the Krispy Kreme family.
In conclusion, if you’re in Mobile, AL and have a craving for delectable doughnuts, excellent customer service, and a touch of whimsy, make sure to stop by Krispy Kreme. Not only will you leave with a box (or two) of the best doughnuts around, but also with memories that will...
Read moreGoogle search, the KK website, and the app all have the posted hours starting at 6:00 AM. Driving out of my way from across town to bring doughnuts to the office I was left standing outside along with multiple other customers in view of the employees at 6:00 AM and still so by 6:15 AM.
The website suggested that if the lobby wasn’t open to try the drive through. I was Ignored there too, as was another customer.
I made a 20 minute drive to get there so I decided to see it through despite my dissatisfaction. I decided to place a Mobile order and eventually saw an employee begin to pack up a box. I pulled back into the drive through, and by 6:40 AM I was finally acknowledged.
However, it wasn’t until after 7:00 AM that I was able to depart with doughnuts. After all of that, they didn’t even have the blueberry cake doughnuts that I had already ordered on the app.
Krispy Kreme has a certain nostalgia. I have an appreciation for the product. But with an experience like today, I won’t be surprised to see the last standing location in our area come to a close. I know I will not be wasting my morning hours coming all this way again.

I had not even opened the box before making this review. Now that I have, I reduced my generous 4 stars for food. These Santa and Grinch doughnuts look horrible. A 3 year old could do a better job. $25 for this dozen...
