Chicken Salad Chick is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a bright, cheerful space that feels both fun and comforting. The staff here are warm, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home.

The food? Next-level delicious. The “Chick” combo with Jalapeño Holly and fresh fruit was packed with flavor and freshness, and the Bacon Cheddar Melts were perfectly toasted and indulgent without being over the top. Every bite tasted homemade, like someone’s putting real care into each dish. Even the sides, like the broccoli salad, hit perfectly.

I also love the backstory of how this place was started — you can feel that family-driven, heart-and-soul energy in the atmosphere and in the food. It’s not just another chain; it’s a spot with character, warmth, and consistency.

The place was buzzing at lunchtime, filled with everyone from families to professionals, and it’s easy to see why. Quick service, fair prices, and food that leaves you happy and full.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I couldn’t have chosen a better location. I knew the food had to be quite delicious when I saw the long drive thru line.

I dined in and enjoyed the traditional chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I’ll admit while the chicken salad was delectable (I ordered some to-go), my croissant was a bit dry and the pickle that came with the meal was not firm nor crispy.

Those things aside, the staff is very pleasant and they get your order to you with a sense of urgency. They also work diligently to keep the dining area clean, and they’re doing a great job.

During my time at this location, I was able to knock out some work and enjoyed listening to a teacher and her former student catch up. I’d visit this location again and highly recommend it.

Lastly, I want to share my appreciation for the affordable cost of the food. In this day and age when greasy burger joints are charging $20+, I really appreciate being able to have a fresh, non-greasy meal for no more than...

Then only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it seems every other time I go there there is bits of cloth in the bread. I noticed it once and they offered me another sandwich instead if a refund but I just couldn’t eat it after that. They were polite and explained that the white “hair” all inside the bread and in my tray and chicken were from a white cloth they use to wipe their knife before cutting the bread.

I’m sure it’s an honest mistake but whoever they have back there cutting it needs to start rinsing that knife more. Because this has happened multiple times now but I just haven’t said anything to them because I don’t want to be a “Karen” and look like I’m trying to get a free meal. And it’s not just one small piece it’s literally multiple white cloth/string pieces all in the bread and the chicken. That can’t be safe to eat. I don’t really want a side of dish towel with my lovely sandwhich. So please can a manager there just kind of remind the workers to clean...
