Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mobile

Me and my boyfriend were here, 20 mins before they closed at 8:00. We were in the drive through for a few mins when we realized they might already be closed, the people in front of us wasn’t moving at the speaker. Then when we got up to the speaker it said they were closed but it was only 7:40. So we saw a few people inside so we just went inside and see if they were still taking orders and they were. The two girls definitely seemed aggravated that we were even in there, after waiting it was then 7:50 and they told us that they aren’t taking orders anymore in a very rude way. And we asked what time they are supposed to stop taking orders and they said 7:55….it wasn’t even 7:55 yet and we then said we’ve been here for 20 mins. So they made our smoothies, mine I usually get is a strawberry and banana smoothie with 1 scoop or protein and frozen yogurt. So my boyfriend just said strawberry and banana just so it would be easy bc they didn’t wanna take our order, then he asked if they could put the frozen yogurt in it as well IF they could (no biggie if not) and she said “I guess”. Anyways just very rude customer service. They put on the speaker that they were closed and it was only 7:40…..they stop taking orders at 7:55 though. They were EXTREMELY rude. If they would’ve told us nicely that they weren’t taking orders anymore like right when we walked in the door then it would have been no problem! One girl was named Jamie I think. I just didn’t even want the smoothie at that point if they were going to...

This is my GO-TO stop but had the most unexpected and disgusting experience @ 9AM. The staff and atmosphere used to be welcoming, friendly, and joyful.

Today —- “Tyrone” is extremely rude, aggressive, hasty demeanor, and hostile!!!!

During checkout my App wasn’t applying my coupon, I showed him my QR Code again ; “Oh you want me to scan it again?” Yes, the App still didn’t apply , while I was refreshing the App , he Slammed the window “Just take your time “

He began talking on the other side of the window , I extended my card to pay. I asked him which item was to identify the difference.

I asked for straws and napkins… I also proceeded to ask his name , he becomes hostile , bucked his eyes and rolled his neck, leans out the window “Tyyroinneee” and my manager name is Brandyyyy, umm hmmm yea , Tyrone and Brandy “

While yelling he and management name he still leaning and flinging his hand in my face.

He was also sweating, hostile, and bucking as if he was inebriated.

This location sucks. They will smile in your face knowing that they didn't put all your ingredients in your smoothie. I've gone there twice, asked for energy and they didn't even put it in. For anyone that adds energy, you know that it has and instant color changing effect on your bathroom results (to put it midly), besides giving you energy. I have a bad stomach condition and I need energy sometimes when I haven't been eating regularly, so I really needed it. Besides the missing energy, they also left out a fruit that I asked to be added. I won't be going there again. I can't help but believe all the positive comments are fake and are from Smoothie King employees/owners. Too many youngsters who don't care about their jobs and don't have a clue how to give good customer service are being left to run businesses by themselves these days.
