I was in the drive-through about to order and I was greeted. I couldnāt understand what they were saying.Then after sitting there for a couple of minutes I started to say hello hello and then somebody yelled at me through the intercom and said drive around, sir. I told him Iām not a sir Iām a maāam and I didnāt understand what you were saying I was trying to get clarification so I went on the inside.. So the person with the headphones on, I guess heās a manager. He was so rude and unprofessional even to Churches employees because theyāre not his employees, they work for churches, but the tone that he was using towards them and me was HORRIBLEš” he shouldnāt even be a manager. He needs to learn common courtesy towards others. Just because youāre in charge doesnāt give you the right to belittle others. His name is Mike. I heard him tell another person his name while they were in the drive-through while I was on the inside getting my food. He didnāt assist me when I came inside. A young lady by the name of Amber assisted me and she was wonderful. I really appreciated her as well as a couple of the other ladies that were there. They were nice one young lady walk from the back and asked me had I been helped. I pull up to the speaker and thereās only one car in the drive-through and the guy tells me to hold. After a couple of minutes the guy goes to take my order and I tell him that Iām with GrubHub and Iām picking up an order and he acts like he doesnāt know what Iām talking about. So I say it again. And then he tells me to pull around past the window and park next to the two cars that they already have waiting. And this is at 11 oāclock in the morning theyāre not even busy. So now Iām sitting here waiting aināt no telling how long Iām gonna have to wait. The dining room is never open which doesnāt make any sense. Covid is over you can open back up now . The last time I came when the lady greeted me on the speaker she didnāt even greet me she just said thereās gonna be a 15 minute wait on chicken because I didnāt have any chicken ready. And I wound up having to wait over 30 minutes. I donāt see how this place operates like this and manages to stay in business . Something needs to be done about this place because it has terrible service and from what Iāve read in the other reviews it is...

I can't believe I had to wait over an hour after the promised time, and what did I find? Total chaos and absolutely terrible service!
The restaurant was absolutely filthy and completely unsanitary. I can't believe NONE of the employees are wearing gloves while handling food.It is absolutely unacceptable that one staff member was out of uniform and had her children at work. This is just so unprofessional and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Honestly, itās just unacceptable that theyāre clearing out orders in their system without even bothering to fulfill them. This is ridiculous!
I can't believe it, but when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. I clearly ordered spicy chicken, but what I received was the original. This is unacceptable! I can't believe the utter disregard for cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy during my visit. It was just so disappointing!
This place is unacceptable, and I will definitely reconsider...
