Did an online order and noticed that the address was wrong. So I called the local number and got the pizza hut call center. Mind you this was after my mom had called and got the address corrected I called to double check for myself and was told that it was and we would receive the pizza 35 to 45 min. An hour plus passes and no pizza still, call and they tell me since it's been over the time the pizza would be free. Wait some more and still no pizza, after calling them for the 3rd time they tell me well it never left and a manager was trying to call you....how is that when I called several times and told that it was being delivered? Even the app said it was out for delivery but apparently that was a lie. So here I am waited an hour and a half to almost two hours to find that the people at the call center tell you a lie about the status of your pizza and try to make it look like it's your fault when you took the steps to make sure it arrived. They claim I will be refunded hopefully that's not a lie as well.
Update: Thanks to local pizza hut they fixed the issue (no thanks to the call center that sucks horribly. Not to mention they told me I would be refunded the following day when instead it's 5 days). But I was upgraded a size larger pizza for my troubles. Next time I'll just go in and order to avoid the possibility of having to talk to the call center. So my one star is not reflecting the establishment but the pizza hut...
Read moreThis is the WORST Pizza Hut I've ever been to! I passed through Mobile on my way home from Orlando. I stopped with my family at Pizza Hut. We walked in and there were 2 males and 1 female working behind the counter/in the kitchen. All 3 walked by us without saying a word. The 1 waitress came from the other side of the dining room hands full of dishes and she immediately helped us. She told us to pick a seat. The table was dirty and was never wiped down. We had to wipe it down ourselves. The whole time we waited for our food I could see and hear the 3 employees in the back playing around. The female was talking so loud I could hear her talking about other employees and who had been fired and for what reason. The waitress seemed to be the only one working. She was waiting on 2 tables and cleaning up the salad bar while everyone else was talking, playing, messing around. I saw another lady come in after us to pick up her order and it was wrong. We didn't get our breadsticks we ordered. I had to go the counter to ask for them and when we got the marinara sauce it was cold. From what I could over hear the female employee saying this business seems to have a problem with its employees not doing what they need to do. I tried to find a managers name and was unable to find one. If the manager or owner reads this and after other reviews of this Pizza Hut I've read you may want to do a little more house cleaning so you don't go out...

While I was waiting, the delivery driver called my phone to check which hotel I was in, and I told him very clearly which one I was in. After an hour and a half and my pizza hadn't arrived, I called the store and they said that the driver had returned with my pizza because he tried to deliver it to {some other hotel] and I wasn't there. I told them that I had told the driver exactly which hotel I was in, but they said there must have been a mistake and that they would send it right back out. I asked how long it would take, and they said "10-12 minutes". So after about 20 minutes, I called back and they said they had noooooooo idea why he wasn't there yet, but admitted there was another pizza going in my direction so he'd waited so he could take that one too. I said, "Surely he won't deliver theirs first?" and I was promised they told him mine was top priority. Naturally, when he arrived two hours after I ordered the pizza, mine was the only pizza left in his bag, so I'm pretty sure I wasn't the top priority in any possible way.
