Edited with our second order tonight 010524- My last experience with this marco's was subpar at best but thought I'd give them another chance.Ordered for "future delivery" with no contact (our dog is hard to corral) at 6:10pm.Recieved an email that the pizzas was in the oven at 5:44, another said "on the way" at 6:02. Then at 6:32 a text comes through saying our order would be delivered at 6:54 by a dasher. So..the pizza just sits under the warmer for all that time?Apparently so, both pizzas, cheesebread and brownie arrived almost cold.Cheesebread was burned around the edges like another reviews pic showed. We had asked for NO contact yet the "dasher" rang the bell and just stood there until we answered the door. We are huge Marco's fans from the past couple houses we lived in in TX, but this location's service is horrible. Can't say about the pizzas taste as my thin crust was soggy and everything we ordered was almost cold. I probably won't order again even though they are literally 4 mins from our house.. I thought I had reviewed this location after our experience ordering delivery last week but I guess not.SO, We used to order Marco's all the time when we lived near Houston, so when we saw one here a few blocks from the house, we were thrilled. However.. We ordered a regular crust pizza and a thin crust pizza along with a 2 liter drink.They called to let me know the drink I wanted wasn't available which was great.The pizzas arrived and to our surprise when we opened the boxes, one pizza was missing and apparently had never been in the box(see lack of grease?) Called the location and the person who ordered just said "Oh that's what order this pizza belongs to, we'll send it over in about 15 minutes". No apology. Meanwhile the first pizza was getting cold, and when the pizza was dropped off by a young girl, no apologies again, just kinda shoved the pizza at my son and left.I can't review the pizzas because both were not fresh when we were finally able to eat them. I'm hoping the service is a fluke but a guy we had working on the house said "That location is going downhill."I sure hope not, as we loved their pizza in Houston. We will try again sometime and cross...
Read morePlaced an order a little after 4pm, told it would be delivered around 5. Tracker said it was delivered at 5:30, but it never arrived. When we called, we weren't asked the name, just the address. We gave our address, they told us we put in the wrong address and gave us a neighbor's address. They said our order was delivered there and it was our fault for putting in the wrong address, nevermind that they've deliver to the correct address several times from the same account. We were treated rudely and were hung up on saying they'd give a refund, but we're putting a note on our account threateningly. Spoke with my neighbor who had also ordered a pizza. They received their proper order and nothing more. Our order was simply lost. When we called in to make sure the proper order was given the refund, the guy who answered was helpful, despite his coworker insisting she "already did it." He did make sure the proper refund was given, no word on what happened to our order. Though he said it would take 72 hours for the refund. Hopefully it goes through.
This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. They routinely forget to deliver drinks that are ordered and have to go bad to the store to get it. When I've done pick up orders I've been given a bad attitude. Other Marco's locations in the area are fine, but the past year or so has been awful at this location. Read moreIs it possible to give ZERO stars? Ordered at 528p. 532p update said it was in the oven. Called to check at 628p on the status. Male answered and ultimately said it was out for delivery. Called at 718p and asked for a manager to cancel and get a refund. Extremely rude girl that answered said call back in 30 mins, we are busy. I insisted for a manager. She began yelling she wasn’t going to do this on the phone with me and hung up the phone. 1 hour and 55 mins later, nothing! Called back and spoke to the manager. She was much better. I explained I wasn’t mad at her, but this was not right. She stated she would call her manager and gave me her name to call tomorrow. Still no cancellation or refund at all. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years and we always tip our drivers 30% or more! Complete garbage tonight! We won’t be a customer of ANY Marcos ANYWHERE after tonight if their employees can scream at us on the phone and the manager refuses to talk to us, when they were the ones at fault, and we were the ones...
