Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

Today at 11:30 I walked in to order a Italian salad for lunch someone kids a girl and a boy walked from behind the counter along with a older lady whwn I place my order the man told me it would take 5 minutes 🙂 the lady in the back told him to stop making pizza and make my salad it took a totalled of 10 minutes I asked for ranch dressing they were out the salad supposed to have come the croutons they were out and I ask for a bag they were out there service was very poor and they were out of ranch dressing for salad so I said I need ranch salad dressing he said we only have Italian for Italian said the I said this is FAT FREE so the gave me ranch wing dip sauce and only wanted to give me one but wanted to give me two FAT FREE Italian sald dressing if you don't have what u need to served the customers close the business down restock and regroup and reopen and keep the kids in the back office not walking back and forth in a place of business were you serve food the salad was pitiful nothing but lettuce 3 slice of tomato slice of cheese cut in 3 slices slice if ham and salami cut in 3 slices sad day and I will...

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. The pizza always gives me diarrhea. No matter who's in the kitchen. the pizza I get is always thrown together it's the most sloppy greasy thing. The cheese is just falling off the edge of the pizza there's either always too much cheese or too much sauce or not enough sauce. It's never made with care, just thrown together. Employees are rude, and usually are outside smoking and don't wash their hands when they come back inside. They never wear gloves. When I ask for pizza sauce on the side they never give it. And they don't have any delivery drivers, they use doordash for delivery😆 this used to be the best place for pizza in Mobile come on now it is by far the worst place. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE. Oh yeah and the credit card swiper machine doesn't work so you have to physically type in your credit card information into the computer. What a joke! Terrible! The entire staff working tonight (02/06/2022) needs to be reevaluated. Placed a delivery order, order was wrong, called the store 5 times 5 TIMES!! No answer, on the 6th try a young lady finally answers, I tell her my order was wrong and asked if I can come and swap it out, and get my delivery fees back. Her exact words, "I tried to call you 10x to ask what other sauce you want." I tell her I have no missed calls and she offers for me to come and see the missed calls myself. I came in and guess what!? No missed calls. So they start to remake my order nonchalantly with an attitude. While waiting, I hear the store phone ring almost 10x each time the employees walk over and hit the end button, no calls were answered, while all three stood there on there phones, Couldn't be my buisness.
