I NEVER write reviews, but this place and their “manager” if that’s what you’d even call her deserves it! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely awful service and their so called general manager was one of the worst people i’ve ever met. I work in a restaurant and have dealt with many people, but nobody as rude and inappropriate as this lady. When working in customer service it it’s a known fact on how to and how not to talk to CUSTOMERS, the people who are giving you business, the people who are allowing you to get a paycheck. I had a online order and sat at the ordering machine for 10 minutes saying hello multiple times, no answer. I pulled to the first window and sat for another 10, when I didn’t see anyone or was even acknowledged I pulled to the second window. A young man asked what I needed and when I told him I had a online order he looked to his manager for help and instead of that she completely pushed past him and started basically getting on to me?!? She told me to pull back around and wait in the line again!! Like I had a ONLINE order, but you want me to wait in line again after completely ignoring and not acknowledging me being there. To make matter worse my brother and I parked and came inside after she told us this and she was screaming in the back about how we had came inside and she told us to pull around. She then locked the door, with us in there, even though their lobby wasn’t supposed to be closed. Told us to have a seat cause our order would, “take a while,” since she had other in front of us…what is the point of making a online order if you are still pushing us to the back of the line and telling us wait for our food cause you preparing the food of people who ordered after us? She then told us to wait in the car and someone would bring us it. Multiple people were trying to get in and cussing and yelling about how slow, rude the manager was, and how long they were waiting. We ended up saying forget it and tried to get a refund but she ended up yelling at my brother saying, “ the food is almost made and now your trying to get a refund?” She threw the bag on the counter and my brother came out after us being there for 40 something minutes. It’s actually crazy to have someone in charge of as a manager that acts that way. Very unprofessional and can gladly say they will not be getting service from us anymore. That lady that is in charge/ manger should be fired, because it’s absolutely ridiculous that is a person that is supposed to be training and helping to run the business. Thank you to the young man that let my brother in when he was trying to get the refund, but other than that, that lady should learn some customer service etiquettes, and how to overall not hate her life and job, we will never...

Walked into the lobby to order, and there was at least 3 employees just sitting around in there, and was sitting there the entire time, and wait until we are in the MIDDLE OF ORDERING to "remember" the lobby was closed and told us we had to get out. We decided to do a mobile order with curbside pickup because the drive thru was sooo long, and after waiting 30 min, had to go walk back up to the door to tell the we still have not got our order. It was only 2 frapés!!!! And they didn't even want to come to the door so we could tell them they forgot our order, they wanted to just keep yelling "the lobby closed!" They also didn't have anything in stock either, I didn't get any oreo crumbs for my drink, and the whole time I'm sitting in the pickup spot I can hear the person in the drive thru repeat "we are out of that" or "we don't have none" wasn't even polite about it and say sorry either!! Also there was an ambulance there that could not go thru the drive thru because it was too tall, but the manager must of been too stupid to realize that because they would not take the girls who drove the ambulances order at the door and tried to fuss at them for walking thru the drive thru and the manager kept saying "just drive the ambulance thru the drive thru" after watching them go back and fourth for 10 min they finally agreed to take their order at the door. Read moreIt is 4/6/24 which is the day after the most horrible experience I have ever had at any fast food joint. To give an observation of the atmosphere one would see the framed health score which reads 80. That's disconcerting to say the least. The face of every single employee is the very picture of sniveling, atrabilious pout which is something I have observed every single time I've walked in. I have received claims from both white and black people that the employees are overtly racist, which I found to be true. However, yesterday was unbelievable. When I finally got to the cash register it was over 10 minutes before the breakfast menu would end and lunch would begin. I would have had plenty of time to order breakfast. Except nobody was there to take my order for the next twelve minutes. It was not overcrowded nor was it busy. I saw employees aimlessly walking around in the back. When some girl finally came to take my order I had very pleasantly stated that in the 12 minutes that I have been waiting the menu changed, may I please still get breakfast. This horrible person actually rolled her eyes and walked away, I assume, to go ask. After a 5-minute wait she returned to tell me, "No." If that answer included a note of apology or sympathy I would have been fine. However it was stated as coldly as she could. The real insult in all of this is that employees who work in fast food restaurants tend to be lazy, mean, and racist, yet they had the temerity to demand $20 an hour minimum wage....
