Read moreI tried to order pizza for my company with a tax exempt card. The manager, "Eli" told me he couldn't do that without the original phone number of the person who set the account up in our company (we have 100s of numbers). He refused to look us up and told me I had to have a phone number. I gave him our main line and he said that wasn't it and I gave him another number in our office and he hung up on me. I called again thinking we were accidentally disconnected and was put on hold. I waited patiently and then gave him another number and he put me on hold without telling me and then when I asked if he was intentionally putting me on hold and hanging up he said, "I don't have time to look up a number" and hung up again! I think I called 4 times before I was given enough air time to simply CANCEL the order. When I asked Eli for his last name he told me he didn't have one and that he was the manager and didn't have to tell me his last name. Horrible service!!! I had 40 people to feed in 30 minutes and I went to Pizza Hut and they made it happen! Papa John's, will Eli be held accountable for disrespecting customers and "not having time" to deal with them?
