Only the drive thru is open and they are extremely slow. I had to go twice because they messed up our order and they were nice enough to fix it. But the first time, I sat in front of the drive thru speaker for about 15 minutes, often saying "hello". No one answered me so I drove up to the window where there was another car. She also said she had to drive to the window because they wouldn't answer for her. Then the manager tries telling me I had to go order at the speaker. I'm not sure what they're called, but it's the device they put on their head to take the drive thru orders. He had that on, so he either ignored me and the lady in front of us, or had it turned off. I told him I was not going back to the speaker and he literally rolled his eyes at me. This was the manager!! The ONLY reason I went back was because they messed up my child's food and he wouldn't eat it the way it was. As I said, they did fix my son's food, so I'm giving them 2 stars, but I'll never return to that Subway again. Also, they were NOT busy at all. They're closed on the inside so only the drive thru is open and there was only one lady in front of me. In front of her, there was no one, so there was no reason for them not to take her order at the drive thru menu. I would not recommend...

We paid for our order and we were asked to pull forward and our order would be brought to us. From the time we placed our order over the phone to the time we made it to the intercom system was about 5 minutes. From the time we placed the call to the time I was actually received the sandwiches when I went to the door was a little over 20 minutes. There were 4 people that I could see working the line. Unusual. There were 2 cars in front of us. There were 3 cars behind us that were taken care of before I got out of the car to go retrieve the sandwiches. I could not see anyone inside the dining room. The person who handed me the sandwiches apologized and told me there was a rush. I wanted spinach, bell peppers, black olives and banana peppers on my sandwich. I got six spinach leaves, four pieces of bell peppers, six pieces of black olives and four pieces of banana peppers. I wanted avocado on my sandwich and got a teaspoon of avocado plopped on the sandwich. They didn’t even spread it out. The sandwich was SO thin you couldn’t even see the inside. I paid $18 and some change for this junk. I’ve tried this particular Subway before and had a bad experience with the employees. Sitting on the counters on their phones and they are rude if you try to tell them something is wrong. They DO NOT fix anything. I will never ever go to or Uber eats this subway again .
