We have been loyal Pizza Hut customers for over 7 years. Today we ordered 2 pizzas; a cheese and olive, and a vegetable with chicken for delivery. We received our pizza and ate it. We are on vacation and had no other option and we wanted something fast so we decided to get Pizza Hut. Half way eating we realized their was Italian sausage in our pizza, which is a type of pork. In our religion it's forbidden to eat pork and my siblings our allergic of pork. We called and their solution was getting us a new pizza in replace or a refund. We did not accept this offer because we didn't call for money or another pizza we called to inform them that they have unsatisfied customers and should next time be more careful to give what the customer asks. We have lost our trust in this company and my family do not even have the appetite to eat another pizza. We will no longer be Pizza Hut customers because of this incident. I do not recommend and am in shock of all this situation. If there were negative ratings I would rate it negative. Read moreThere is no words that can describe the experience that I had along with my wife who is with child. We called and placed an order at 9:51pm on 11/2/16. The person on the phone was nice and great (I believe his name was Leslie or something similar). I was promised my food would be delivered in 30 MINUTES! An hour went by and I kept calling them but they kept picking up the phone on the 1st ring and hung it up! They cannot use the excuse that the phones are acting up because I also had my wife to call as I called and you heard the machines beep in the background before they hung up the phone.
At 10:59pm, they stopped picking up the phone and just let it ring forever. It's now 11:21 pm and still no pizza! I DEMAND A CALL BACK FROM THE COOPERATE OFFICE!!! I also will be visiting the store tomorrow morning 11/3/16 to speak ONLY to the store manager! I'm a store manager and I value ALL of my customers business at my store and also their reviews on how they have been treated whether in person or over the phone!
Again the gentleman that took my order was fantastic but the disappointment of not receiving my food out ways it all! I do NOT recommend this...
Read moreSo as you all know I give 100% authentic reviews for restaurants I visit.. so I Dermoris Kidd sent my wife an oldest daughter to pick up our food over 20 mins ago and we live not even 5 mins away so she gets there to only text me to say they fixed the pizza 🍕 wrong, and they have to re-Make it An it’ll be 15 more mins so fast forward they make it home I open the pizza boxes they looked ok I also opened the cinnamon roll box and it looked good and the boneless wings looked good so the family and I ate and the pizza was good and everything els but the boneless wings I will not buy them again not even worth it.. but that’s my opinion! I choose to write reviews on places I go but being 100% real so eat where you want and do as you all please but just know my judgment and reviews are real and yes I approve this...
