Starbucks — Restaurant in Modesto

"Now Your Talking"!!! This establishment is always five stars to me actually it's I give it a million stars if I had that option but I don't and basically I really don't think it's just this Starbucks it's basically every Starbucks in the country because I have been drinking Starbucks since 2001 and I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks in my life everybody all the employees at Starbucks are always happy friendly helpful and quick,!! Here's a great example of the kind of service you will find at all the Starbucks I guarantee you one day I had ordered a mobile order of two white hot 50 white mochas which is what I order every time and I actually was so busy with finals I forgot about my coffee for like an hour and then when I went to pick him up they were still they were cold and I grabbed him and they told me oh no no we can remake them for you and I wow even though this was telling my fault why am I minty hot white movies where basically room temperature instead of hot was totally my fault but yet, they were so busy that day I mean crazy busy the drive-through was backed all the way back out to drive through but there was lines of people inside the store there is lines to be waiting for doing things but still they took the time to remake my drinks because Starbucks rocks!! Oh in case the Service headquarters big wigs with worried about Dutch Brothers Coffee being competition for Starbucks, the people at Starbucks has nothing to worry about!!! I have tried Dutch Brothers just to say, "I've tried Dutch Brothers, and in my opinion Dutch Brothers does not hold the candle to Starbucks Coffee!!! The flavor of Starbucks any coffee rivals any and all coffee brands in this country or any other country... Oh yes, I am addicted to Starbucks Coffee and I'm loving...

My wife ordered on the app. We live down the street when I got here I was told he would let them know I was here for it. 20 minutes customers coming in ordering then leaving with their items later I asked again. I was told it would be a few more minutes. 20 more minutes I go up and ask them to cancel the order it's taken way to long and the guy tells me she has to cancel on the app which there is no option or at least my wife couldn't find it and she said they always cancel in the store for her. I say ok I'll tell her this is ridiculous it's been 40 minutes and he says we'll we are really busy I said not really I been here 40 minutes and have watched people come in and leave before me, he says well they are first because they ordered before coming I said no I did and I've been watching people for 40 minutes come in order right here at the counter and get their items and leave before me. And he says we'll they are the priority...I said whatever you guys suck and walked out was a little rude yes but 40 minutes for a grilled cheese and 1 drink!? And to be told ppl who ordered before coming and customers walking in are priority when I'm literally one of them is just stupid. Just admit you forgot to make mine I would of accepted that at least. My wife had to call to cancel and was told her order is on the counter so I went in and grabbed it cuz I'm hungry and want my grilled cheesy cheese!! I stood right by the counter the whole time it was never there probably made it during the call and tried to act like I'm blind!! Yes I have glasses but I can see and I seen no order!! Grilled...

This one is my second favorite Starbucks close to my house. The people here are normally friendly. I came today to order me a drink I was looking for a frapachino i normally don't order frapachino. A woman name Sheri helped me today I was asking what you put on this drink what are the ingredients. She was so freaking rude. I told her I know there's whipped cream on top of it, I want to know what the whole drink consist of. She finally told me the ingredients whipped cream at the bottom and whipped cream on top. I told her can I order one of those drinks with no whipped cream at all? She told me in a very rude demeanor voice.. you can take the whipped cream off on any drinks!!. Finally I decided to get something else because she was so freaking rude!!!!!!! People like Sheri don't need to be working with the public. She doesn't know what customer service is. I asked if she was a manager? A lady told me she's kinda like a manager. I will not be coming to this Starbucks, I don't like to be treated freaking...
