Dunkin' — Restaurant in Modesto

I go to Dunkin 3 to 4 days a week Monday through Friday. I do my order online for a walk and pick up if there are no cars I go through the drive-through. when I go through the drive-through it’s always “order when you’re ready” there’s never any type of greeting the morning. For example, I said thank you the girl hands me my coffee and just walks away. I repeated thank you she just looked at me and turned around. I don’t understand the lack of manners? What happened to just being kind? that’s not just with one worker that’s with almost every worker there there is 1 to 2 sweet girls, and they always say good morning have a good day. As a customer that goes there at 6 AM almost every morning attitude is something you don’t want to deal with really shapes your day. At least the coffee always taste...

If I could put one star I would because I went today for just a avocado toast and as I was leaving the drive-through, this girl made a remark saying ew she wants ranch when I asked for ranch and they didn’t have any. I came back to ask for bacon on the side and they close the door and didn’t want to offer it to me. Not sure if the employees don’t know what they are doing, but I even spoke to the manager and she did not want to sell me the bacon not sure if it’s a racism thing or something, but there are way better Dunkin’ Donuts with better customer service. hope they have a good day though but that’s my...

Well, unfortunately, another bad review. I hate doing bad reviews. But when I feel it is necessary, then it is what it is. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are dry. Maybe a little mayo. Also, 4 small hash brown pieces per meal are very sad. I don't know, but the service was not the greatest either. Sandwich was a 3 out of 10. Really was hoping for more. The cold coffees were pretty good, but for 30 bucks for 2 meals with 2 coffees. It's not worth it. 🤷‍♂️ I'm just...
