Wow! I dont think I’ve ever had a better experience in a supplement store. I came in looking for a pre-workout a friend recommended and the guy working listened to me and asked me questions about my training and caffeine tolerance before suggesting a pre workout that was better suited to my goals. I purchased what he had suggested but he gave me a sample of it too and told me to try out the sample before opening my container just to make sure I liked it. I LOVED IT! I was training like a beast and my legs have never felt so sore. I went back in a few days later to let him know I loved the pre workout he had recommended and to help with my soreness he showed me some bcaa product for recovery which tastes amazing and then he offered me a free body scan which told me how much muscle and fat I have. Product was overpriced compared to online prices. They also had a BOGO 50% special going on until August 26th and the customer service person there did not offer us the promo or get a price match. I bought the men vita pak and they charged me 62.99 when the online price was 59.99. I got a bottle of women vitapak for my wife and I paid 47.99 but the same bottle online was 49.99 for two bottles. The strange thing was when my stuff was being rung up, the lady told the guy to ring up two items first and then did something to the register and then rung up the men vitapak. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in and the tall white guy and a brunette girl were TOO BUSY ON THEIR CELL PHONES doing whatever. Girl sitting on the counter, totally UNPROFESSIONAL. After walking around for about 5 minutes, I just left. In case the owner is reading this and wondering when this happened. It happened on January 5 or 6th around 7pm. Not lying, CHECK THE CAMERAS.
