McDonald's — Restaurant in Modesto

What happen to NO SHIRT NO SHOES NO SERVICE! I take my family here to go and eat dinner on August 23,2021 and we noticed this lady has her shoes off underneath the table I bring it to the managers attention not once not twice three times the manager has the guts to tell me “we can’t do nothing about it quote I took this picture I’ll bring it again to a different managers attention he tells me he’s sorry three minutes later A different manager comes out apologizes does tell the the woman something about her not having her shoes on but it took us to tell them and bring this photo to their attention to do something about it it wasn’t good enough for us to tell them by word of mouth… they gave us the excuse “ we can’t do nothing about it” when customers are eating in the dining room all around this woman with her shoes off and legs up as you can clearly see on the picture! They need to care more about what’s going on in their dining area especially with COVID-19...

Always use app & my food comes out hot! So I recently went for breakfast and used the app as i always do. I didn't realize until I got home they did not put in any of the 4 hashbrowns that should have come with my order. They didn't give me the napkins or the condiments I ordered. I called to let them know and they said I would have to go back to get everything they missed. I explained that wasn't possible. Rather than offer to send a gift certificate for the value or take down my name And number so that when I go there the next time I just need to tell them I'm on a list which is what they used to do in the past. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to come back that same day. It was pretty disappointing. What's even more disappointing is I am a very loyal customer. By far the worst McDonald's in the area. They rush you through your drive thru order and tell you to pull up before they finished entering the order. Doesn't give me a total at the window or a receipt. I got to the pick up window and got drinks I didn't order but missing 1/3 of my food. So I asked them to read it back to me and they said they didn't charge me so I had to pull to the back of the line which was now about 10 cars or go inside while the rest of my food was getting cold and melting. Crew inside avoided the counter. I ordered the food that was missing and paid and they all walked away. Did not offer to replace my melted ice cream or at least the ice cold French fries, also only got 1 sauce for my 20 piece.
