Our recent visit to Mountain Mike's was a disappointing ordeal that left us craving for a satisfying meal. I've been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the last several times we've had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting. Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza and threw it back in and told me it would be out shortly. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked to see how much longer thinking they had boxed it up and forgotten me. The pizza they thought was mine, wasn't. They didn't bother telling me until I asked, and then was told I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. The only employee that even cared was the employee who saw me waiting the entire time he was able to take his lunch break. They 100% forgot to make my pizza until after I paid. Once we took it home, we realized they put no effort in to trying to make it look good or cut it evenly. This is my first time ever coming to this location and I experienced something that was negative. I’m not one to complain much, but I thought about it and decided to leave this review. I went to place an order inside the store for just one pizza. A plain pepperoni pizza. The blond girl who took my order asked for my name and if the order was going to be to go. I said yes and paid. I sat down waiting like every one else. The issue that came was I sat there for an hour before I went to ask for the wait time for my pizza. Now it could be that they were preparing other pizzas but 40 minutes into my wait this lady came in and placed an order for 2 pizzas and no longer than 15 minutes she got her order before I did. So I once it hit the hour marked I asked about my pizza and they couldn’t find it. And then they had to search for it in the POS system. After then searching at other prepared pizza this girl with curly hair said that my pizza will be out shortly and that it was in the oven or something.
