I always order pizza from here through door dash and the last time I had ordered it was Horrible! My door dash driver started complaining about the owner of the guy who was working at the register, made my delivery guy cry because he had felt overwhelmed with his experience from this place to top it all off, he even told me the guys who were working there with the owner looked like they were being paid under the table and looked like they were drug addicts. The owners here used to hire teens to help out ...not sure what happened to this place since after the pandemic, low and behold I managed to try this place again because I always enjoyed this pizza now it's different. and the quality went bad. not sure what happened but I ordered just a regular peperoni pizza nothing too fancy. I managed to find a cockroach in the middle of eating it. I had to call door dash and they couldn't do anything about it eventually the guy who delivered my pizza was in tears and was very overwhelmed with his experience being a first-time door dasher. I seriously felt bad. I am not sure what happened here at this pizza place, but the owners used to be really nice. My delivery guy told me that the cashier guy who is the owner was yelling at him and had a bad attitude and made him feel like he was stupid. He told me he had really bad customer service and he didn't want to go by door dash delivery times knowing that my delivery arrived late which made my pizza partly warm for this I can understand why because of the roach probably suffocating in the heat with the cheese stuck to it. DISCUSTING! and NASTY! I really hope they hook me up with a free pizza or something because this is just wrong this used to be a local favorite here in this city and now it just turned upside down including service and quality and sanitation! Read moreThe WORST PLACE. I will never ever eat here again, if I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all I ordered online, it took 75 minutes. I called to make sure they got my order, I ordered 1 cheese pizza, one cheesebread, 8 bone in chicken wings, a side of blue cheese and ranch. Then 2 cheesecakes. After I ordered I was told they didn’t have bone in so I had to get boneless I agreed and he didn’t tell me there was a price different. It was supposed to come straight to my room, it didn’t I had to meet them in the lobby at our hotel, even though I tipped them 6 dollars and the drive is less then 2 miles away. Now here comes the best part, our wings were straight up chicken tenders, no sauces no nothing at all. No blue cheese. We let it slide, then we go to eat our cheese cake and there is only one piece, and that one piece was melted completed ruined melted cheesecake. So I call to let them know I didn’t receive my items he tells me I should have known that they don’t sell blue cheese...... well I’m sorry but if I can order it and pay for it.... I’m going to assume you have it. After the “manager” being not professional and just disregarding he tells me I’ll give you a coupon for next time, and refund you for your cheesecakes.... I spent over 40 dollars, and your going to give me my money back for the things I didn’t physically get? And a coupon that will give me about 5 dollars back... he didn’t even appologize. So for all the hassle I got 5 bucks back and no apology. The worst customer service I had ever experienced and I will never eat here. I go in and I let her know I have an order placed, she says it’s in the Oven and walks away immediately. I stop her by saying can I buy 6 ranches the man who placed the order forgot. (I repeated myself twice, she didn’t hear the first time) she rings me up. Now I sit down wait for food. She brings out the food and places it on the table. I then ask her “hey can I get both receipts for the orders” she gives me 2 receipts for the ranch. I then asked her, no I need one for the ranch and the pizza order. She tells me, since the order was placed online she can not print me one and that she only has one copy and there is a digital receipt online. I was surprised, but I’m only picking up the pizza. I call who ordered it and let them be aware, he mentioned they ALWAYS get a receipt and that there is no digital receipt it just shows when your order is ready. I let a gentleman know, he didn’t speak the best English so he calls her and I tell her, we always get a receipt. Abbey looked PISSED and forcefully prints out the receipt that she said she COULD NOT print and is not ABLE TO PRINT online orders. A liar. She hands me the receipt rudely and turns away. I asked the gentleman for her name and she pops up looking mad. Gentleman did try to make it better by walking me out to car to help although I refused help.
