Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Modesto

I came and ordered sundaes with my siblings. The guy helping my sister was trying to be helpful, because their system was not updated for Baskin Robbins app payments. He was able to make it work by typing in the gift card numbers. However the only girl working was rude. She was a snob and was not even attempting to make an effort and be helpful. She didn't even offer to add toppings to my sundae! So I was handed a gooey scoop of ice cream with only hot fudge, no whip cream, no nuts, no cherry. She did not even ring me up instead she walked away while snobbishly smirking. This experience is why I will be frequenting Dairy Queen from now on!

I love their Ice cream.. I wouldn’t go anywhere else however .. this is the second time I go 15 minutes to close and they have everything packed up ready to close and tell my family that they are closing and can not serve us.. after having a conversation with the staff and pointing out that the sign outside says 10pm and it’s 9:45pm they tell me they can only do scoops of Ice cream and not any shakes or anything else. I understand they staff are young and want to leave early but it comes off as rude to have 15 minutes till close and not be welcomed to an establishment. I usually post positive reviews but I'm frustrated with our neighbors ice cream store. Some times ago my husband and I visited BR and we were treated terribly by the employee Over a expired coupon. Later I learned he was the OWNER!! Today I called to order a small ice cream cake and I was informed they no longer take ice cream cake orders PERIOD!! I expressed my concerns and said that I didn't think what was good business. She wasn't very responsive.
