TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Modesto

5/20/17- updated review. Yet again, messed up my order. I ordered a turkey, ham and cheese and ended up with a turkey avocado instead. Why is it still the same employees? When will the franchisee or even corporate step in to turn this place around. I avoided them for 10 months and decided to try again and yet again I'm very disappointed. I don't know how a simple sandwich can be made wrong. My 7 year old could make me a turkey, ham and cheese and not confuse it with turkey and avacado. Officially over this horrible franchise and especially this owner. I will stick with Mr. Pickles for sandwiches even though it's a 20 minute longer drive.

2 times in a row that my order was not ready. This last time was it for me. 1st time, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. 2nd time I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to make my order while all of the walks ins got their food quicker. After the wait, I finally pay and the guy who apparently made the sandwiches just puts the bag on the counter. He doesn't tell me that it's my order or anything. Off he goes. Glad he loves his job. I'm sure he didn't apply for this job since he seems to hate it that much that he cannot even look someone in the eye and say, "here's your order." Maybe Togos recruited him from Subway. So I make it all the way home and open the bag. Surprise... another problem. No brownies. I drive all the way back. Explain there weren't brownies in the bag and the girl says, "Oh. They're self serve." Really??? It would've been nice to know that before I left. I decided to ask for a refund because I am done supporting this franchise. Any business that I order to go from, puts everything you ordered or need into the bag except fountain drinks. The store needs leadership and some serious training with an emphasis on...

Jennifer Conklin very rude and unprofessional so call “Manager” , first of all she speaks to all her staff with no respect what so ever never says please or thank you to any of her staff at all everytime I come in she has the worst attitude what so ever very much an I’m the manager attitude and as a manager it’s very disheartening to experience this. I drove there for lunch waited a long wait just to get back to my office with the wrong sandwich , she had the audacity to have an attitude because MY sandwich was made wrong. No apology no empathy what so ever then they made my sandwich so messy and nasty I didn’t even eat it at all ! I used to love this place it’s located in one of my fave shopping centers I will never go here again and I’ll make sure anyone I knows will not support. It’s one thing to be rude but to be rude and unprofessional is insane. And to go out and smoke while the line is super busy and come back in and not wash your hands is disgusting !...

well, let me give everybody a heads up. Don’t order a meatball sandwich from Togo’s at this location. When a worker there gives you your plate and hand you a fork and a stack of napkins. That is an inch thick. At least you know there’s a problem there was so much sauce on the sandwich that when they folded it up in the paper before they cut it it was all the way around the bread where when you opened it up to try to eat it for one you couldn’t that’s why he offered me a fork and I don’t know about everybody else but when you go get a sandwich, you’d like to eat a sandwich and it was so hot it literally burned my lips when I took a bite. Needless to say I returned it, and I will no longer go to this Togo’s again. It’s been a while since I’ve been here but absolutely Ridiculous when you can’t even pick up a sandwich and eat it it’s like he dipped the whole thing into the sauce. Do not recommend...
