So I went out and on a double date with lady , my friend and his lady and he had to wait 45 mins for lane which was no problem because we figured we’ll just order drinks and possibly food so that way it’s ready when we receive our lane but sadly when we was at the bar we was told by Paul that we wasn’t able to order any food until we get our lane which was very strange because we was sitting the bar and by time the food came we would’ve had our lane, so we finally able to get our lane then Christina informed us that we Are not able to order anything that’s isn’t fried or pizza due to the time is was, which was very odd to me due to the fact when we tried to order a hour ago we was not allowed to, so I informed the manger Coner and he was able to somewhat accommodate us and make things right, then it took us over 1 hour to receive our food then when we finally got our food we noticed that one of the chicken had serval feathers in it still and we notified a manger and some workers and Christina and a couple workers tried to say that is was a piece of bone and then I proceed to pluck the feathers that was on the chicken and that is when Tony acknowledge that he never seen anything like that in the 20 years he been working there and that he guarantee us a better experience next time we come and I’m looking...

So we were here last night and my buddy absolutely got over charged by at least $20. We knew this for a fact as we knew what we were ordering. We weren’t stupid drunk or anything like that. When they gave him the receipt we asked for an itemized list of exactly what they said he ordered, which they would not provide for us because they said they don’t have that (this is extremely shady, bars and restaurants should be able to provide that). Meanwhile, with 10 minutes until close when we went to close our tabs, they said he ordered another bucket of beer. He did not. He let them know that he never ordered another bucket of beer with 10 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSE, and they refused to take it off the tab. “What am I supposed to do with 6 open beers, pour them out?” He says. Our response? “Yeah that’s exactly what you do, your the one who screwed up, we know we never ordered a bucket with 10 minutes until close.”

So essentially our experience with their staff was that they very clearly screwed up and refused to hear us out and could not provide an itemized list of what we ordered, which any restaurant/bar should be able to do. They were rude and not at all diplomatic about the whole thing. We don’t plan...

Beyond sad to share this.. been coming here for years. Never ever had a problem. Me and our group were playing darts and the security guard came over to the machine, and violently turned it to accesses the cord and yanked it out of the wall along with the darts and said "UR DONE. UR THROWING IT LIKE BASEBALLS". That's statement is absolutely not true at all. A dart does not weight nearly as much as a baseball. No one was throwing it that hard and even if it was a LITTLE too hard a simple warning would have done it! We had $10 worth of credits in there that they WOULD NOT REPAY US OF. I got the manager and he did not care one bit. Bouncer was drinking all night. He called me "LADY" in front of the manager who did not react to such a disrespectful manner of addressing someone when asking for the money back. SO beyond unprofessional can't believe they employ people like this... I will never ever come back here again. I will tell all my friends as well how unprofessional and rude the manager and the bouncer with the tattoos on his head is. He has no respect for anybody, drinks on the job and thinks he's god. This place should be shut down. Will be contacting the better...
