Seriously the worst location you could possibly go to. They hire a bunch of kids who like to screw around instead of doing their job. Had to sit in the drive through along with other cars for 20 min before I decided to park and go inside where they were jumping around and playing with their friends. Got my food. Kept hearing the drive through ding go off and when I brought it to their attention they said oh it’s broken. No it’s not. This isn’t the first time. Went back a week later same situation. This time my app said the food was done I waited for 20 min in the drive through. Called the store told them we were here and she said ok. Waited another 10 min for her to tell me the food isn’t ready and waited another 15 to get my food . Is this supposed to be fast? Cause in the 45 min to an hour I have to wait I could’ve made dinner. I’d rather go somewhere else. My disabled mother also keeps having this same issue. Mind you both times. No customers were inside except for their other teenage friends that are more important...

It's obvious no management reads these reviews and take appropriate action to fix the reoccurring issues happening at this subway. I never do reviews but the service has been so constantly horrible that I refuse to ever go back ! Constantly on multiple occasions I've came here for lunch and each time this employee who works for subway Lauren has made me late coming back to work on multiple occasions. She and her coworkers just stand there and have a whole conversation Infront of your face ignoring you as a customer while you are obviously trying to order your food it is so unprofessional and the conversations they have while I'm trying to order my food i inappropriate for a work place and what should've taken no longer than 5 minutes takes 15 because as I order I keep getting interrupted by them talking again. I would rather drive all the way to Oregon city and waste the gas getting subway from there than to ever go to this one again and I will never recommend this...

At 130, there was no sign of our online order and nobody seemed to know if it was being made or not. Multiple other customers came and went inside and at the drive thru, the only order not getting done was my online order. At 135 we left without our order and minus the money I paid for it in the app. Employees were inattentive, online orders are kept behind the counter with no attention paid to customers other than the obligatory "Welcome in." I exited the line that had 6 people ahead of me and went up to the register and even then 4 employees never asked if they could help. I shouldn't have to stand in line for how long for an online order. Employees acted like my order was of no concern to them, they had already been paid for it so they were going to help the line customers first.
